Michael Gotts sermons have helped me so much during my 3 year cancer battle. He gives me strength and inspiration. I just wish he would stop putting his political opinions of Donald Trump in every sermon lately. I get so concentrated on his words until he says something negative about Trump. After that , I find it difficult to concentrate on the rest of the sermon.
The Eagles (Henley, Frey, Walsh etc.) performed that beautiful song, Heart of the Matter, and it was, as always, awesome. That being said, She-Von was on the same level as the Eagles and I totally enjoyed all the singers. UH is truly blessed with talent--God's children expressing their blessedness for our enjoyment. This teaching of non duality makes me feel good about myself. No more self blame, self judgment, but only forgiveness for myself and others. I met VRLE Minto as a kid. He helped me to see life as a challenge but to put it into perspective. The story about the bear is a perfect example of how he helped you see the reality of lifes challenges. Really the challenge is the fun part. VRLE was a great guy. May he rest in peace.
