Is the upgraded cable a 40 pin?

How come the last screen says that it is a 3840x2160 display?

Question, I've attempted to replace my cracked 1080 p touch panel with two replacement units. I did not disable the onboard battery before swapping out screens and now the original cracked display doesn't work. Unit will boot off external HDMI, but no way to get into bios now. Windows 10 pro device manager shows the touch display working fine. I do not see any light coming through the replacement displays lcd or the original. I've tried reseating all video cables, pulling batteries. attempting to startup with a paper clip inserted into "reset" option hole in bottom of laptop does nothing.

@Larrypint I haven't had my touch pro 2 for awhile but when I had it it was definitely a superb rom. I don't know if it'll work with yoru omnia but I suggest not risking it until you know for sure if it will work.
