Why try as hard in the se ond fight he earned 25000 dollars and the judges already knew who they would call the winner apparently Tyson didn't judt know the ref out three times but the British boxing association McDermott clearly won almostt every round bad people low pay

I thought Fury won the fight. But I could understand a draw. The referee's scorcard was wat too onesided. The commentators were overly biased. Good fight Fury gave him a rematch and won a year later with a TKO. That should settle it in my opinion.
It's a shame because his frame couldn't support that bulk and ended up injured a lot. Maybe he should have stayed at Cruiserweight for a while before going up, winning a HW title and retiring. He was absolutely explosive and had heart too. That Mormeck fight was phenomenal. Doesn't get the credit he deserves in my opinion.
I did have Fury winning fight 1 but DEFINITELY not by 6 points. I had it very close and gave it to Fury by 1 round, and wouldnt have been upset with a draw. Classic argument about someone landing harder punches vs someone landing more punches and scoring more points.
First time I've watched this fight and I'm scrolling through the comments to see which clowns actually think Fury won. This is the third fight I've seen where Fury CLEARLY lost but was gifted either a win or a draw. This fight, Fury vs Wilder 1, and Fury vs Ngannou. He lost these three fights, and there's no room for debate. For this fight, I was being as generous as possible to Fury, and giving him all the close rounds, but I still had Mcdermott ahead by 2. There are clown fanboys(and boxing judges apparently) that would watch Fury get knocked down every round, and still claim that he won the fight.
Fury should be truly thankful he has had the most gifted decisions and opportunities esp opportunities his whole career and he still thinks now he`s one of the greatest heavyweights ever.He is a good fighter but now hes won belts he is pickin who he wants too often.Usyk should heve been his next opponent not Nganno whatever his name.He was lucky he get the nod against him aswell
Even this early in his career you can tell that no one liked him. 14 years on, he is hated. Everyone loved him after the Wilder trilogy, and then he managed to lose an entire fanbase! Horrible man!
I could see why Fury won based on McDermott turning his back (which effectively counts as a knockdown) twice in the last round, but 98-92 is ridiculous.
Fury wore John down with the clinch hanging on John with his weight john choose to fight in close played into Fury's hand it does not play into a great fight but Fury did what he needed to do to win
David a bit lively for somoene who's been punched to the floor? I would have concussion. Even hard sparring had me wanting to throw up He's ready for a night out Is this drugs?
