Gotta work more on precision always remember especially when you are doing kihon at what position ur hikite should be not more to chest but mid to level of waist little above the belt and pulled back with elbows so when u are blocking with lead have to make quick shot with rear don't hustle up quickly to get back in yoi position once u are done with block and attack stay there in least for 2 or 3 seconds in whichever stance position u are whether it's zenkutsu or kokutsu dachi coz that shows how observerd and focused u really are.. hip rotation is a very essential part of kihon.. don't forget to attack with power and speed observe carefully while blocking
