I'm not sure if you contacted them, but I was under the belief that a statute of limitations is 3 years & would be over 7 years ago? I know many statutes for suing are 2 years and some are 3 I believe.

I was put on child support Eligibly why? I lived in the home so the mother gets received benefits.
