yea, it will just NOT recognize my device. bought from amazon, using all included parts and wires, on a really nice pc, and all i get is " device not recognized"

Do I still need to check the 7.1 Virtual Speaker Shifter to enable the 7.1 surround sound or after installing the driver, 7.1 is already enabled by default?
