Using high tech 4K drone technology, my goal is to help people see Las Vegas, Summerlin and Henderson through a different view point: from the air!
Drone technology helps me to showcase The Las Vegas Valley to people that may not be familiar with Las Vegas. Showing you different parts of the city and getting a birds eye view can help you make a sound decision as to where you want to live in Las Vegas.
If you are moving to Las Vegas, Summerlin or Henderson, this channel will help you see what these communities look like before you buy a home.
My fleet of drones help me to sell real estate by taking pictures of homes from the air, highlighting a backyard, the size of a lot, the size of the home and the surrounding subdivision as well as the area the home is in.
My goal is to show you brand new home communities, new construction projects in The Las Vegas Valley, recreational areas and much more! It's time to explore Las Vegas beyond the famous Las Vegas Strip.
You got it! I already have a client for Glenrock so I’ll be doing monthly updates there as well as all of Grand Park. Please be sure to subscribe to my channel if you haven’t already! 😃

Thanks for the info. So is the overhead rendering accurate as to what's going to be built in the park: 3 baseball fields, 6 pickleball courts, one basketball court, children's playground (for the first phase)?
Wow what a waste to tear down something so beautiful. They could have turned it into low income apartments. I've been following all this since they closed. I've never been to Vegas looks beautiful. Except the bad parts. But Thanks for sharing your videos.
I don’t understand why they gotta keep blowing up these historic beautiful hotels. Why can’t they just build out there is a lot of land out there not being used . The ballpark didn’t have to be located on the strip .
@@SummerlinRealtor Well , that explains it. Thank you so much for the information. I’ve been wondering this for years and could not figure out for the life of me why this was going on but now I understand .
Thank you Tropicana. You were a jewel in your day. It's amazing how that fantastic pool is now completely erased. Now we look to the future and maybe the coolest looking baseball stadium in the country.
@Deionburns114 just imagine a VGK game, Raiders game and an MLB game all at the same time…traffic would be insane. Not a huge fan of this project I would have rather seen the So y deal get approved first but the powers that be approved this. We shall see what happens.

My family used to go to the gold strike at least once every 3 months (about 10 years ago) have very fond memories of it🥲 it honestly was the first place I learned to swim!
^Puts on a hick voice 😉^ Them Ridges is nuts! 😁 Shocking grammar, I know, but all the same, The Ridges looks like a great estate. 👍 Also, all those backyard pools make me want to jump right in (heh heh). 🙂
You have the best drone videos of this area! What will be in that small lot that’s being graded next to shawood and Edgewood? Oh, and any info about that future school?
@@LIE213 thanks for your kind words! As for a school I’ve heard high school, junior high school so nothing confirmed. That small lot near Shawood is a mystery to me as well. It’s too small for homes etc maybe another park or small commercial? When I find out I’ll let you know. 😃
Things seem to be moving fast in this west Summerlin area. I wish retail development was moving at the same speed. Just so everyone knows, a high school is planned for the 60 acres directly east of the Lake Mead and Sunset Run intersection. Some people may want to live near it while others may want to be as far away as possible lol.
Any updates of opening up Summerlin Pkwy into Sky Vista? I know work is planned on the 215/Summerlin Pkwy interchange, but would be nice if was opened up already.
@@rolandr.6265 I spoke with Clark county a few weeks ago about the Summerlin parkway and 215 project that was to start this year that would redesign the interchange. It’s been delayed so the opening of the parkway into sunset bend going west bound and sky vista going eastbound will be delayed for several years now. My drone footage I’ve done in the area clearly shows that lanes have been striped so that there is only a u turn to go west bound into sunset bend from eastbound sky vista. Once i get more updates I’ll create a new video on this project.
@@SummerlinRealtor Thanks Michael. Excited to see the interchange improvements but bummer Summerlin Pkwy into Sky Vista may not be open for a few years. It's been neat driving around and seeing Grand Park being developed.
I’ve seen a lot of changes out here in the 21 years I’ve been living here. More to come in the next 5 years which I think are the most important- MLB, NBA, Sony and Warner Brothers just to name a few things coming soon!👍
@sonhuynh8222 sounds good! Call me anytime if you have any questions! Please subscribe to my channel…I have over 460+ drone flight videos too of the Las Vegas valley!
Is there any way to see plans for future designated amenities being built in the parks? Things like tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, picnic areas, etc.
@@sam-yau I did a video awhile back on the Summerlin Grand Park which shows a rendering of the first phase of the park: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-74EYRUHk_Uw.htmlsi=uuO1UeBZon_1-9G2 Howard Hughes has not yet released any additional information or renderings as to what’s coming into the village as far as amenities. I know there will be a trail system into Redpoint and Kestrel Villages that will surround the Grand Park village. If I get any new info I’ll post it on my channel.
@@SummerlinRealtor thanks, I remember seeing those before but they’re supposedly illustrative renderings only, not actual development plans. Thanks for keeping us up to date!
So the General Counsel to The Hard Hotel Hotel just sent me a nasty Cease And Desist email about this video and wants me to take this video down and violate my constitutional rights. I replied in kind that I will not take this video down and that I did not do anything illegal while flying to make this video. If they escalate this matter, I will follow up with a video as to how I will proceed against them. You try to do a simple news story to promote a business with positive information and this is what I get. Unreal!
Toll Brothers told me that they are building 600 homes back there as well. I’ll be doing a follow up video soon on this new area. Construction could start back there as early as next year.
That will be part of the Urban Core area. The new Summerlin West area map for 2024 shows it as the Urban Core. There are also several signs up indicating commercial and high rise residential for the area.
I believe Tripointe Edgewood also just broke ground a week or so ago. That being said, I really hope that they open up the barriers that connect Sky Vista Dr to Summerlin Pkwy well before the actual completed buildout of Urban Core, because as it is, it's pretty inconvenient for residents in Summerlin West to leave the neighborhood for groceries, amenities, etc. Giving the residents a bit of flexibility a couple years prior to having the convenience of nearby shopping would go a long way to making the transition feel more seamless.
Hi, more than likely they will not open the Summerlin Parkway/ 215 interchange until it’s been rebuilt. If you look at some of my urban core videos you can see from the air that it’s not marked for that connection yet on the roadway. I just talked to Clark county last week and they are delaying the new interchange build out and do not have a start date.
@@Kloudthedon it’s coming but no time frame. I’d say in the next 2-3 years construction would start in the Urban Core area but that’s a guess based on residential construction and population growth to support it.
Looking at the front of some of those house designs, you could be forgiven for thinking that you were looking at the faces of hungry robots (heh heh). 😁 Still, if the smaller homes in a larger village approach works out well for them, so be it. 🙂
Methinks these new Summerlin West villages are continuing to be fruitful and multiplying! 🙂 As with the others thus far, Michael, I suspect this one will fill pretty fast, especially once the Urban Core builds up. 😉
@@mrtalleymon it was great meeting both of you in person the past few days! Looking forward to building your new home in Highrock at Ascension Summerlin! There is so much going on in Summerlin right now that by the time your home is done you will be shocked at what everything looks like next year!! 😃
The homes in Arcadia will be the first of their kind in Las Vegas (and maybe the US) for a tract home development. They're post and beam homes engineered and fabricated in Japan and shipped to LV. Just like a Lexus lol.
At the risk of stating the obvious, this new Hard Rock Hotel and Casino really should rock once it's finished. 🎸 Meanwhile, if it also means that Cirque du Soleil might finally take The Beatles Love show on a world tour, so be it. 🙂
