I think he has himself given up attempts at diffusing the image of Frodo, and has humbly accepted the continuing affinity that fans have for his character. He would be aware, doubtless, that the stellar-ness of his other roles notwithstanding, none of these are as far reaching and impactful as that of Frodo Baggins, due in great measure to the fact that _The Lord of the Rings_ was such a larger-than-life trilogy and also to his equally dazzling role.
Well, when the movies were coming out, I didn't forget Frodo, in spite of what was being said here. It was when I had a huge crush on Frodo and LOTR was new to me. It's not something easily forgotten, not to a teenager. And certainly not now. I mean, he's nice. Don't get me wrong. But Frodo fans won't forget Frodo. It's as simple as that.
So cool, so cool!! Oh, I'm crazy about you, Elijah!! And I envy you a little little bit - to be a part of such a great epic story and of such a cool team and this awesome adventure!!!
@@SamvedIyer Yes. He gets asked about Frodo all of the time which is normal and he never seems annoyed or upset. In fact he is always happy to answer and to talk about the character, his experience filming and just being in New Zealand. Also, he is really young in this interview and I don’t think that he meant it as not wanting to be recognized as this character ever just not only as him for the rest of time 😆
@themusicmatterz I miss 90s music too. But there is good and bad music in every generation. There is STILL decent music out there today, just not on the 'billboards' or 'charts'. Search and you will find :)
@LlamasOnAcid that right, ten years.. But Pete prommised a 25 anniversery (if got not a clou if i have to write it that way) So, in about 15 years, new LoTR material
Dude, I was like...... Five when I got into the movies! My friends and I all did. We would all hang out and play LOTR ALL THE TIME! Since then, they have all gotten out of it, but I'm still happy to say I'm a hardcore Ringer! :)
