A lot of ocean colors(turquoise, bright blue) but the key to the bright layered look is the yellow in the ripples. It looks bold initially but softens slightly as you add the layers.

A few of my paintings have tracers. That is something new I am trying to incorporate. Unfortunately, this one does not but you can be on the lookout for some. Currently I have tracers in a few of my star wars tutorials.
