I was a 90s kid who grew up watching Hal and Joanne doing bodybreak and then going on to spend way too much time on my bike. I hope you inspire a whole new generation of Canadian athletes and normal people like me.

This is very funny and also a great idea to do in winter. I like the idea of trading an unhealthy addiction for a healthy one… it can become addictive in a GOOD way! 😊
