It's not a secret that some people are feeling some type of way because of the % of players who are of color of a sport that use to be dominated by W and I bet that there are W players who are not as good still on certain teams for a league that had the nerve to have a quota to the point that any decent w player today will still get a pro look remember what some dullional problem people called an all team of color NY Bb team I'm sure that some of those same people probably from other states as well are still around hating
White people are physically weak, not fast, not strong, no court vision, etc. and that goes for all sports. It’s just the way they are built and the way they eat. Even in the gym. The white guys have to take steroids and work out for years to get big. Someone like me I can get big fast within months. No steroids and no shakes etc. This is not racist either so don’t go crying. It’s facts. Just because it’s negative. White people are good at other things just not sports. Not fighting. Not war. But they are good good at computers, good at reading books, at invading countries, lying, no heart, etc

Hey you don't hear anyone complaining about the color ratio in other sports (hockey, baseball, tennis, vollyball, swimming, ect) when whites outnumber the others.. Just hate not being on top huh..smh
Some of the greatest playes in nba history were white guys..when i was growing up i watched jerry west..john havlicek..rick Barry and pistol Pete play alot...and i recall all the black fans and players respected these guys alot..so did the black kids in school..if you have game people know and respect it..these guys had mad skills and larry bird was better than all of them
This is an interesting piece; one that should be redone in about 25 years when, in my opinion, there will not be a single white, American basketball player in the N.B.A. The reality is that the American, black basketball player is so superior genetically that the only way an average, American, white basketball player can compete is to be one trillion percent superior fundamentally. The truth here is that there just aren't enough hours in the day for the average American, white basketball player to work on developing these fundamentals in order to overcome this genetical discrepancy. Most white people learn this at a very early age, slightly after puberty, and gives up. However, you occasionally will get the very, very stubborn average, white player who vows to try but then all they end up doing is burning themselves out. My brother and I loved playing basketball until we both realized that we just could not compete with our black schoolmates somewhere around the age of 12. We both gave up any basketball dreams by the end of Jr. High School and started to focus on baseball. That gave us both a more equal chance of competing as baseball didn't require us to spend tons and tons and tons of time that we didn't have to develop skills that we didn't need to compete with our black peers who still had superior genetics. That was a good decision as playing baseball paid for my brother's college education and paved the way for him to play MLB. The point that I'm trying to make is that it was so clear to us that the average black player was so superior genetically that if we were going to have a chance to compete on an even playing field, we'd have to give up basketball for something else. I think that because the average white basketball player clearly sees this very early, they either give up or they either burns themself out, and then gives up, in order to focus on something that offers a more level playing field from the very beginning. Something like baseball, bowling, tennis, swimming, golf... it doesn't matter. So, it won't be long until there are no white, American basketball players in the N.B.A. - NONE.

Most Caucasians go to college to get an education in case their basketball career doesn't pan out. Now they only hire Euros. I don't want to see Euros play. I'm boycotting professional sports. In MLB most players are from Dominican republic or other Latin American country. Time to play myself instead of watching others play.
Look at the World Championship in 2023. Lietuva (Lithuania all caucasians) beat the NBA team! So did Germany and Canada! Mostly using caucasians. Germany had one or two blacks. Canada had the same maybe.
Cooper Flagg and Chet Holmgren will probably be all stars if they don’t get hurt. I think the best 6’3 to 6’6 white athletes play hockey or maybe baseball. Mike Trout coulda made the NBA if he wanted to. The Mark Price draft fall part of this was divorced from the context of the 80s. There were only 24 teams back then. Price went 25th. Scott Skiles is a white guard he went ahead of Price in the same draft. Kyle said if you looked at his stat sheet you’d wanna draft him but he averaged 3 dimes a game in college. And a team took a chance on Jimmer Fredette, who was like Kyle on steroids, and a white American and got burned. We’ve seen these guys get a shot and not make it. Kyle also isn’t coachable here. Instead of working harder on his issues he says he a victim of a perception. Which is bunk.
Why not just bring in all the European players and not have any white or black Americans. Also not have the American flag flying. Just hoist the UN or the European common market flag? US colleges also have many foreign students who are on scholarship taking those spots away from black or white Americans. The great REPLACEMENT THEORY?
Since the USA only compromises 4-5 % of the world's population shouldn't the NBA only have 4-5% of Americans of any color on their teams? It seems the "National" part of NBA has been forgotten. The NBA owners and coaches want to "Internationalize" the NBA. Bad move on their part. Sort of like bringing in European or Latin American players into MLS for soccer. I wouldn't watch in person or on television any game with non American players. Same thing with college track teams bringing in foreigners on scholarship or college swim teams training foreign swimmers to beat the USA at the Olympics or world championships.
Well the NBA is trying, miserably though, by bringing Europeans to play. White Americans know about this and are mostly boycotting the games now. If we want to watch Euros play white peeps watch the Euro league. White Americans like to be entertained by black Americans. The NBA are replacing the last white Americans with Europeans. I think every human discriminates... Discrimination from the Latin origin means something like = noting or perceiving differences between things, with the intent to understand rightly and make correct decisions. Now this is something that we humans need in our daily for example when we buy products in a store. Like when we are used to see a certain color of a ketchup bottle ( often red ) we might not buy a yellow or purple one even though the color might be the same. This simplifies our life and has a function which can also be seen in the animal world. Now the main question is what we do against it if anything at all when it comes to the NBA. Again i am not stating the fact that there is discrimination against white players is true or not.. i think the market in the end is the only way to correct it. And it often does. Just like we now have seen with white European players. It might take some extremly talented players to see that influx and sort of a "correction" but i believe it mostly work. The only time i would not work if there is instead of discrimination ( the term i explained ) a real form of racism. With that i mean a hate or dislike of a certain race. Now there are differences between the races in what sports they are good in like for example the runners from areas like East Africa. So in the end my conclusion is that it´s probably not that big of a deal and that it is already correcting itself if it ever even was a problem.
I don't see many NBA players in general, regardless of race and color, who play really good defense. The NBA is all about OFFENSE today - especially a plethora of 3 point shots. It's also severely lacking in TEAMWORK. Teams built around future HALL-OF-FAMERS doesn't work very well either (LeBron James teams). It's not easy to find an intelligent owner who knows the game real well, and coaches who can implement all the necessary strategies that help build team chemistry and win championships.

Theres less white players in the league for the same reason there are no fans watching WNBA... because you wouldnt really be watching the best players in the world if that was the case, youd be watching players in a participation trophy event. You dont think every other Team/org would kill to find another Doncic or Jokic if there were more of them 🤔😂It straight up just comes down to the overall average Black male athletes being way more skilled and talented in Basketball than any other race. Also Jokic dominating the league (better than any other big man currently dont @me) is proof any NBA team would be happy to acquire his talents to their organization if hes that talented.
It will also depend a lot on the popularity of the given sport among the given ethnic group. You mentioned Serbs and Slovenes, countries with a combined population of 10 million, so 4 less than black Americans, and basketball is not that widespread among them. Football is widely spread among them, which is why they also have a strong position in European teams in this regard, and they probably have a disproportionately larger presence in it than Africans, where clubs often go for players.

@@Seanna104 Eastern Europeans are genetically almost identicle to the rest of Europe the only difference is they have less opportunities throughout life so they're more likely to risk a career of uncertainty in sport. The real reason is basketball is the only sport in Americas top 5 most popular sports where the majority of the audience is not white. Basketball is the least popular sport to view for whites compared to other groups. Only 16% of whites said they were avid fans of the NBA compared to 40% of blacks, 23% Hispanic and 22% "other". Then when you account for the fact that whites are on average significanly older than blacks in the US and globally, meaning proportionally less of them are athlete age. It makes sense why there would be a disparity. The fact of the matter is most white people aren't that interested. Also add the fact literally anyone who's even a 1/4 black is counted as black while a white player needs to be close to 100% European to be counted as "White". Truthfully mixed people are the group that's disproportionally represented the most but they would be considered black because of the old "one drop rule" even if genetically they're often times less black than they are other ethnicities.
