7,8 and 9 took me 120 hours or so for an almost-complete run. In 7 I missed some treasures and didn't care for the mini games and some of the materias, in 9 i didn't fight Quale because I've done everything in the game and I still needed 30 frogs but all the marshes only had baby frogs and i just wanted to fight Kuja, the chocobo shores too because I couldn't care less and ofc I didn't get Excalibur II
Yeah some of the mini games in FF7 are clunky messes. Getting Excalibur II I feeling makes FF9 less enjoyable because you're rushing through everything.
I don’t get why people hate the motion controls in this game. I love them! I don’t think every zelda game should have them, but it makes combat so much more versatile. Vertical swings, horizontal swings, diaganol swings, horizontal and vertical spin attacks, a jumping dash attack, finishing blows, and parrying without having to press a single button. Sure it can be clunky at times, but if you make a habit of pressing y when you aren’t doing anything to reset the controls it’s so much easier and oh boy when it works does it feel good. I rarely if ever have times where it just completely screws me over, and builds immersion. I can see why some people might not like it, but I think some people have to just be hating on it because they just aren’t good at it or just because it’s different.
Yeah I agree. I think a lot of people just prefer the regular style of Zelda controls. Also with wii remote calibration being less than perfect and where you mount the motion sensor in your room can make the game less enjoyable. But I know a lot of people who love the motion controls.
@@gamenerdlegacy Nintendo must be waiting for the next console to release it on since the switch hardware is outdated by today’s standards and it’s at the end of the life cycle.
That was weird. Maybe this had to do with accommodating poor picture quality. I think of Link as generally being blind. The one from the first game or two had relatively dark hair. I think of that as a dirty blond instead of a true brown. Maybe the only time Link was brunette was the TV show. That design in general looked strange. This Link is the one with the obnoxious catch phrase. I do know hair color has variety. So the line between blond and brown. My favorite musician is John Denver. He normally has light brown hair. I think of him as a brunette. There is some variation. Sometimes John has hair that looks darker. That is more like a medium brown. In rare cases, John looks blond. I am not sure why this is. There are two possibilities. One is that John had his heyday in the 70s. That was when color photos and videos were still new. There can be an issue of poor picture quality messing up the color. Another possibility is that John is the outdoorsy type. So he may have gotten his hair bleached by the sun. The idea of blond John Denver is pretty weird. That is almost as weird as a brunette Link. Link with pink hair is even weirder. That isn't even a natural hair color.
Yeah it is strange since he's never had pink hair since. I like the John Denver comparison I think of him as a brunette as well. Link did have brown hair in earlier Zelda games.
Miyamotos mom in in 1964 Honey we should buy our son a game to play with..... Absolutely not. Tell him to find his way out of the house and make his own damn games we can't afford any. But he might get hurt playing with that lantern he's only 4 Too bad I don't bust my arse to pay for games. If he gets burned it won't happen twice Oh honey please I hear Nintendo is hiring he can go color cards there for fun But papa san please Go now, and don't come back without your own games I'll show you SUCKERSSS Sorry been hiding out in back of a work truck propped up on a improvised bed of comforters watching the whole video, can't believe I didn't get caught. Nice break
The pink hair is a stylistic choice . A little detail that makes the Link character look a little better compared to the other characters . I beat the game twice and I never even noticed it .
I remember doing the neibleheim incident with sephiroth. Seeing he couldnt get hurt I took down all his equipment and equipped it as soon as i could. You could imagine my disappointment as a kid when I was still taking damage 😂
