Thanks for your comment. The wire was some I had lying around so the size wasn't labeled. It looks to be about a 12-gauge wire. Good luck with your project.
Thank you so much for all your guidance in this video. I really appreciated. I am trying to help 12 cats right now and couldn't find ideas like this one. 🙌
Hello, thanks for sharing, we had a hail attack recently,I need to fix some holes and cracks. However, this all purpose putty is not available in Canada, is there any alternatives that can do the same?
Hi, Jason. You are welcome. Apparently Bondo All-purpose Putty is no longer available. I haven't personally used J-B Weld Multi-Purpose Putty but I have seen a couple of reviews that say it is similar to, and works as well as, Bondo All-purpose Putty. The J-B Weld Multi-Purpose Putty doesn't say it can be used on plastic but I saw an Amazon review where the guy said he used it to repair his vinyl siding. If you try it please let us know how it works. You can get the J-B Weld Multi-Purpose Putty here amzn.to/4cmXYlN
I just shredded my pto belt trying to mow through some super thick stuff. Can anybody tell me if the S version uses the same pto belt as the other Cub Cadet 48 inch decks?
Hi, Doug. I'm not sure if the Z Force S 48 uses the same belt as the other 48" Cub Cadet mowers. Here's a link to the belt that fits my S model. You can go there and look at the long list of models it will fit and see if your model is listed there. Good luck with your repair. bit.ly/4fH7KBY
It does seem that even in the States Bondo all-purpose putty has been discontinued. Has anyone found the JB weld product to be as good? I'm concerned that whereas the Bondo description includes plastic as a compatible material the JB weld does not. I guess I'll give it a go using that.

Thank you for this video! We thought we were crazy! We have "misting" that is coming from the frame. The frameless door is beautiful. I did not want to remodel the master bathroom but my husband did. The remodel nearly cost us our marriage. So, he is in charge of drying off the shower each and every time. Since he sqeeguees the quartz he wipes up every surface now as well.
I can’t find Bondo All-Purpose putty in Canada. Would you have any alternatives? This video is well-explained and detailed. You are a perfectionist like me!
Hi, D Donaghue. Thank you for your kind comment. You may want to try J-B Weld Multi-Purpose Putty - Quart - Home Exterior & Interior. bit.ly/3xxELPN . Please note that I have never used it so I can't vouch for its ease of use, durability, or longevity. From what I can see it looks very similar to Bondo All-Purpose Putty. Good luck with your repair.
Of course starting fluid is going to work but you will ruin the engine using it. I can spray starting fluid to the back of the breather. Will it work if you put regular fuel through the tube?
That's a great idea and I believe it would work. You would need be be careful not to get too much fuel in there and flood it but I bet your idea would work.
Hi, Bruce. You will need a small piece of your vinyl siding. I had a piece left from the original installation. Take the piece of vinyl to your local Home Depot's paint department. Have them scan it and make you a small sample jar of flat custom colored outdoor paint. They did an excellent job on my color match. Be sure to get their flat finish paint.
Hi, Paula. Thank you for your kind comment. If you click the link below you will see the finished repair of the big crack and the other smaller holes that were on the left side of our porch. So happy I found this video, but it looks like Bondo discontinued the all-purpose putty :( or at least that's what my ace hardware store and home depot told me. Any other alternatives you would recommend?? Not sure if I could use the Bondo original putty??
I have a very similar setup and door, however my problem is water coming out through the gap between the door and the wall. Would you mind sharing what kind of guard you have there?
THANK YOU! It worked like a charm. I was getting ready to throw this machine out. There were days in which I would just give up trying to turn it over. Then it was all good !!!
Good grief, Jason. Are they sending it by horseback courier? It may be cheaper to buy the die grinder from Harbor Freight and take the gasket out of it.
You should write a letter to Crossbreeds about this issue so they can fix their product. This is a problem that could lead someone to lose their life if God forbid someone tries to do harm to them.
Hi, Al13n1nV8D3R. I actually called and tried to have them fix this by sending my holster to them. They weren't able to figure it out so I fixed it myself.
@Fixitforgetit Well I hope they fixed it. Because I am about to order one for my XDS with Viridian ECR. But your video will help me fix it if they send me a dysfunctional one. Thank You
@@Al13n1nV8D3R I think you will be ok. Most of their holsters work fine. I LOVE mine. Even with the flaw it works great now that I fixed it. This holster is so comfortable once you break it in. I actually forget I have it on most of the time. I wear it several times per week, and it is a great holster.
Thanks, Janette. Here's a short clip of our huge possum "Tank" enjoying our cat shelters. Sorry it is so short but the camera only recorded a brief clip. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RCWC-VwYBWE.htmlfeature=shared
Almost same situation except that my shower is literally squared shaped and the people I don't who made it but just make the step even so the door won't even slide inside. I was looking add a shower frame but for custom dimensions I can only imagine it would cost a fortune. Thanks for sharing. Glad it worked out for you.
Nice Job! Thanks for sharing! Just found a feral’s tracks during last snowstorm last week and knew I had one around, finally spotted him yesterday hiding out under our shed. Was able to get him to come out with some food. Now looking to build him a better shelter and found your video. Liked and subscribed.
My pleasure, Renohiker. Thanks for your kind comment and thanks for caring for your feral friend. People like you make a big difference in their lives.
Straw if bought at hardware, like Farm and Fleet not that cheep. plus reflective tape. and boxes.? My friend had the awning but cut so she had side flap the used Guerilla Tape to keep the flap protecting the inside from the drafts getting in. Only problem was no cats, possum. skunk, and anther 2 years she had a mother squirrel
