Actually, her father isn't Indian, but Jamaican. If you had seen the pictures of her father in his youth, he's actually a black person due to his parents were of Afro-Jamaicans. If you looked up his history life, he joined the faculty of Stanford University as a professor of economics, and became the first black scholar to be granted tenure in Stanford's Department of Economics. The keyword: "The first black scholar". So yeah, Kamala is a black woman of both Indian and Jamaican - a Biracial child of two parents.
