Vry.Impressive interview nd lecture bt as a management professional I feel conflict management when occur, concerned teams nd employees are encouraged to sort these out themselves nd grow.I feel learning nd Development gives feedback related to what is the impact they have of using the developmental style of dealing with conflicts, ways to manage conflicts nd state positive impact nd also negative impact on people nd the organization, of the style they use .When mistakes are made they are used as learning experiences.In other words it teaches us managing mistakes.I personally feel it gives emphasis on decision making ie.Reasons for decisions r given, debated,nd discussed to promote Development among workforce to achieve goals.Goal setting is is done learn from each other and employees nd learners are encouraged to discuss nd gain from each other in brief in my views.Training methodologies plays important role in skill development of learners and leaders which cannot be ignored.Vry.Outstanding lecture.Appreciated the entire interview.Thanx👍

Vry well explained the topic but as a management professional I think coaching is a system to ensure continuous motivations and talent utilization is through coaching nd mentoring process.The following methods can b used to audit this system such as interviews, observation, Questionnaire , secondary data, Documents nd Reports etc.in brief.Also it should be well structured, Extent to which it is understood,How well it is implemented, Extent to which Organizational needs r met, Clarity of objectives r some of the key factors which r very important in brief in my opinion . Hi Irina, thank you so much for these videos! Not sure if it is the right place to ask but I have an interview coming in a few days for the role of L&D Administrator at an accountancy firm in the UK. Personally I have been an early years educator for 7 years and having managed to climb to the mid-management level, now looking to transition into L&D in the finance field. Would you have any tips as to how to prepare for this initial interview? Thank you so much for your videos again!

Congratulations on your interview! 🎉 One mistake I’ve seen done often is not asking questions of the interviewers. Make sure to prepare some things you want to learn more about that are important to you. Feel free to do a quick Google search if you can’t think of any right now. Other than that, learn as much as possible about the company, make sure you know the basics of L&D as there are differences between the corporate adult and early years education (maybe not as much as one might think but still differences 😊). Good luck on your interview!

I have indeed prepared around 6-7 questions based on your other videos, mostly do with structure of the department, people I am going to be working with and career progression, which is hugely important to me. I am preparing for some questions I think may pop up as well. Given it is a screening interview I am not sure if it is going to go too deep, but anyway if anything it is a great experience. We believe most modern ID softwares have the capability to introduce simple gamification elements. But we’ve also seen examples of something as simple as a Word document or PowerPoint presentation used just as successfully as some of the more sophisticated tools out there.

Vry effective vdo lecture bt as a professional in my opinion apart from given tips the learning of non supervisory staffis vry.critical for effective functioning of any department or organization etc.HRD culture can't b created nd services cannot b effective unless everyone in the Department organization etc.is tuned up to deliver quality performance in an efficient way.This needs continuous updating of knowledge nd skills.Also impact of self renewal exercises nd use of 360 degree feedback and other mechanisms as learning experiences .In other words top management should be reflective in assessment as it is a strong bonding chain nd correlated to achieve the desired goals of organization or Departments etc.in brief in my views.strategic planning team also gives insights.Vry.Inspiring nd outstanding lecture.Thanx.

OMG..this is so helpful! it brought me back the the times when I was a trainer for L&D...we did almost all of the things you mentioned! Esp when our manager would gather us all and we talk about creative problem solving and we collaborate on how to better the current modules we have. L&D is so important that there is no value one can place on the services this department brings to the organization!
