We remember what you said during the last ADC session: "If things continue this way, Tiprasa will never develop." Now, it seems everything is happening just as you warned. Do you think Tiprasa will ever develop? We know that you are aware of the unfair practices, but due to politics, everything has become meaningless. We blindly believe in you and support you to secure the future of the next generation-not to give certain leaders opportunities to make money. We are heartbroken, and we now see that some leaders are only using their voices to enrich themselves, not to develop Tiprasa or protect future generations. Without transparency, all remaining tasks are pointless. During the CPIM period, all jobs were given to their chosen people or relatives of CPIM leaders by cheating the system, and no one had evidence. In some ways, the ADC administration is now doing the same thing, cheating the system. They know well that no one has evidence. If political leaders were not involved in such activities, officers wouldn't have the opportunity to engage in unfair or corrupt practices. So my question is: What is the difference between TIPRA MOTHA and CPIM? What were the hopes and aspirations of the Tiprasa people? Will our next generations be secure if things continue like this? I don't think so. We do not want an administration filled with unfairness, corruption, an untransparent recruitment system, and party-based beneficiary selection.
