I've been playing the demo for 30 minutes and really enjoyed the game so far. But there are some minor issues I have with it. For once, it's difficult to navigate through the menu. It took me a while to get to the skill tree. Would be nice to have a small tutorial. While it wasn't difficult to find out the basic controls and how to use the skills, it took a while to figure out how to do the Iai move with Oda Nobunaga. Nowhere is it explained what the EP bar is for. I'm not even sure if that's what's necessary for the flash move while hodling the attack button. It also seems like I'm constantly out of CP for the skills. Regular attacks only fill them a little. Is attacking the only way to fill the CP bar? Will there be accessories or something to cut CP costs or make the CP refill faster? Those or honestly my only issues. Otherwise the combat is tons of fun.
Thank you for playing! As mentioned, this is also something we are currently optimizing. In the official version, players will first enter a tutorial stage and we will enhance the guidance and teaching. We do have talents, items, and skills that enhance CP and EP. The Arthur character in the demo has a taunt skill that can generate CP.
@@pandaman1331 Yeah, we are currently in the final polishing stage. Originally, we planned to release it in August, but after analysis, we decided to launch it after the Next festival. This gives us more time for balancing and promotion. We should also update the demo by then.
(using the translator) Congratulations on the presentation video, it was very well done! I really hope that your game is everything that is being presented, unfortunately I no longer believe in trailers, or promises, because in the end, it is either fraud, or the game is less than promised, which for me is also fraud. I sincerely wish you good health, luck and success, because the work is very good.
So is this a fantasy world with an adventure’s guild with dungeons and labyrinths? Animations need a little work, but other than that I’m looking forward to it.
Here is a suggestion, maybe when the characters use their special skill the portrait of the character or a special portrait of the character could show up for some seconds between the attack activation and the moment when the characters attacks
I don't know about this. Feels like they took/ripped off Octopath Travelers assets and threw a different combat engine. Yeah, the action looks good but that menu screen is an eyesore. I give them credit for trying. We need more HD pixel RPGs.
We need to work on the interface. Somehow it is not very visually pleasant, bulky, not intuitive, sometimes overloaded with elements. And make more pixel art interaction, that is, the narration and dialogues are not in the transition to a visual novel. We need to work on the interface. Both the animations, the art and the menus remind me of the mobile game Guardian Tales, at least the combat is different, but it reminds me of Star Oceans in that way.
@@lunelune9988 Thank you! so happy to hear that. No reason this should run at 30, but it would be a deal breaker if there were no 60FPS. it looks quite awesome!
