Finding stillness and disengaging seem a double to me. Finding stillness (Meditation, Contemplation, Prayer, Yoga/TaiChi/QiGong) is the best way to disengage, and this is how we become 'in the world, but not of it'.
Gratitude as an attitude is indeed hugely importance. Everybody can identify a few things they're grateful in the worst of times, and it's very healing and positive. Next Level is thanking the Spirit (or whatever you call the One) for your challenges and sufferings. Contemplate how these challenges help yourself, or others. Gratitude for your problems as a source of growth, as a fitting sacrifice you make for all the good you have in your life, or to help others, seriously helps getting a grip, and realizing it's not so bad after all.
Any stoic advices for better time management to have enough time for everything? Wondering if one is trying to accomplish too much or not using time wisely.
