Taylor was actually there in the start of the doo BMRT era. Most people forget his race number was 431 before switchinng to 2. He was one of 3 semi pros lucky enough to throw a leg over the 02 rev prototypes.
Thanks Spencer! Surprised to find how buried BMRT news and media was. Thought with Blair’s legend status it would have been easier digging. But a lot disappeared when the team website did. Glad I could get some of the history back into circulation.
dude i bought an 85in on last black friday i live in a one bed apartment on the 15th floor when it arrived it wouldnt fit in the lift the delivery guys said there not insured to take it up it was pavement delivery anyway it was so big it wouldnt even fit up the staircase in the box so had to unbox it and i paid 2 junkies to carry it up 15 floors was the most stressfull 45minutes of my life now its in i dont wanna move out cos its just the thought of going through that again
Awe man I did leave out Dillon. Thanks for pointing that out. Don’t see how I missed that being did a pro lite podium breakdown at the end😅.I did mention Malene “The Machine” Cottew at one three. She was ripping!
That idea is definitely rolling around in my head for the future! If you haven’t, check out the Carbide Podcast. He’s been doing some interviews with retired racers, team managers, race history, etc
Olah racing seem to have a ton of dysfunction, I believe it was 03-04 or there abouts, when OLN did snocross racing, they had the year end review, and there was like behind the scenes of Olah yelling at malinoski about results, it seemed like a possible reality show they were tyrihng.
any chance of tracking down anyone from the Olah racing team? I feel there was a lot going on with that team, and a deep dive on them and the dynamics surrounding it would be wild
I’ve owned many Polaris rigs. In 06 I got the Fusion IQ 600 trail sled. Nice piece, strong motor, comfortable rider position and excellent handling. Wasn’t aware of this team, thanks.
That took some digging. Look up grand prix ski-doo de valcourt on FB and click the videos tab. Took me forever to find a video with the all black scheme.
So looking forward to this season. Being Canadian and Ski doo glad to see Lebel move up. Also an Ishol fan. hopefully Lebel will give Ishol a run for the money- since they both have dominated. It should be a fantastic season. is it snowing yet??
