As much as I want to climb the ladder up, it doesn't feel satisfying, it actually makes me feel worse, the proccess feels upsetting even though I know I'm doing something good for my future, any tips?
I feel you brother, you are not the only one. It might sound cliche but what helps me is remembering my why, not focusing or comparing myself with others and keep going as much as I can. Hope it helped! 🫡

Broooo, take care of yourself man Do some ice baths, or just take something that you freezed, cover it with some tissue and put it on the muscles and bones that you hurt And do some massages, you can do it yourself or you can buy a little machine it doesn’t coast that much, if you do it with your hands apply some sort of oil that will feed your skin and muscles so it will be a 2 in 1 Keep grinding but take care of yourself first my guy, 🤝
