I'v heard roofers say that the silicone creates a vapor barrier that causes condensation under the roofing material. Would that be an issue in Florida with the humidity? Wouldn't the air conditioned air inside the building take care of that?
Do you ever have any problems with trapped moisture, such as condensation on the outer layer of ductwork, moisture on insulation, etc. when using radiant barrier?
I don't know much about the topic, but I was thinking I'm going to use the sealant to fill a small patch that's not level on my roof. Idk if I would use the sealant if it was a big patch

oh man . The slope is the easy one. Wrong decision on the flat. There aint a coating out there that will last , aswell as that burning question,,,"what did I go over? Its too bad some owners are so cheap. The people underneath deserve better. After all, if it wasnt for them ,the owner would'nt have what he has. Great assessment :)
That is a tall ladder. How long is that section of ladder ? Can beat those systems unless you unless you can get the delivery guy to boom the shingles up to the roof for you.
Is no one else wondering how the ladder that is leaned against the house and ground he just lifted it while standing on it was it just floating a foot away I'm so confused
Good video man , What warranty are you giving them ? also what are you charging per square ? i live in El Paso texas and ive been charging $250-$310 for GAF Roof mate . depending if its insurance paying or home owner and if it's financed .
