I think it would be awesome if we had an event where it was just themed decks. I find those to be almost more fun than constructed. Although constructed is pretty darn fun too
Honestly I agree, it makes deck building much more nuanced & complex. Staying on theme is a fun restriction & naturally, run color staples when needed but otherwise it’s so much fun
Mickey and Madam Mim under all those locations? I ranked cinderella, bell, aurora from Chapter 1 higher in the tier list i did. I also like robin hood in the game but the new robin hood artwork is much nicer from shimmering skies. I also through in some of the prize cards. yen sid is Disney backwards! no one can say your wrong as it's your own personal tier list and preference. i dig the shere khan too, im surprised no mowgli card from jungle book. wish we had tarzan in lorcana, check my tier list if you want, i try to make one every few sets @churmander
Yeah I’m excited to see what’s to come from this set! BH6 for me hyped along with Rescue Rangers. That Jim is decent so there has to be more Treasure Planet support for sure!
Since the next set will be nautical-themed, I hope that means Treasure Planet will get tons more cards. But we'll have to wait 'til next month during the third Lorecast for the full reveal. 🤞
Yeah I mention the potential for more treasure planet in the current citizens of Lorcana episode, I was a guest & we talk about that. I really hope Treasure Planet gets more love
Great video! I think I would have placed Prince Naveen a little higher on the list, but otherwise I pretty much agree with your rankings! That Mufasa card is insane LOL…
This deck was fun to play based on your recommendation! I don’t think I would play it competitively but is fun to play themed vs themed deck. Looking forward to trying other ones you come up with!
Store owner has every right who they can let enter into the tournaments. In my area, there were about 4-5 shops with invite only for the Urusulla Championships.
I unfundamentally disagree with stores doing this for set champs, there's people like myself, who have circumstances where they can't make league but could potentially make a set champ. You shouldn't lock people out of playing in those if you claim the game is inclusive.
A store owner was met with the dilemma of losing an entire player base vs one player…. It sucks but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t understand why the store owner went with the route he chose especially if you read the comments in the thread the OP had spent absolutely 0 money at that store beside weekly entries that he would just earn back in store credit from said winnings🤷🏽♀️
Thank you for providing me with more information. As I said, I did not see the comments and that's an oversight by me. I still see it as a fine line to walk but from the store owner perspective, that does make sense. My initial take is from a competitive mindset not from the owners perspective.
I’m on the side of the game store for this one. Only reason I feel bad for the original poster is that they lost the ability to just play online and it sounds like that’s what they actually want.
