The "ShartimusPrime" came to me from wanting to be a Transformers reviewer, but wanting to portray my personality at the same time. Marvel Legends are my favorite toyline, and somehow those reviews caught on more than my Transformers reviews. Thanks Sentry!
I already have Kang from the Joe Fixit BAF wave. This is absolutely not worth it to me. I’m really tired of Hasbro rereleasing the same figures over and over so quickly. The faceplates suggest it’s an army builder but the price tag says “hard pass”.
I like this figure. I want to get this one and the Red Hulk. Have them face off against one another. Lol. But I think he's going to be hard to find. Then again maybe not. But I think I have a better chance finding him on Amazon than finding him in a Target or Walmart store out here in Houston Texas. Maybe Misfits Toys or like I said, Amazon.
What’s wrong with the faceplates? What else would they be? Rama-tut should be his own figure. We should’ve gotten an unmasked head sculpt and a younger Nathaniel Richards head sculpt though.
I don't generally complain about the prices of Legends, simply because the imports are usually three times the price and.... at best offer 2 times the value. Having said that, $35 for a chair is extreme. This is basically a riders series and should have been at a riders price of $49.99... I get that Hawkeye had a much smaller ride, but they at least added a cloth cape there. Add in that they are saving money on the swappable face plates, which was a clear middle finger to those who might want to army build, and I'm a bit upset with them for this set.... yes I got it, but it doesn't mean I'm happy with Hasbro on this plan. Swappable faces is actually a nice touch, but it's a screw you to any army building option.
in a vacuum, this is a cool figure. good figure, good accessories, great chair. the price is too high, i think 45$ would be fine. but taking everything in at once (the fact its a relatively cheap rerelease with new “heads”, an overpriced chair, and overall hasbro price inflation), it really won’t be worth it for most people. great review nonetheless
Oh, boy. I kind of like this set but I kind of don't too. I think in looks cool but I always thought Kang was a bit lackluster in his appearance. I mean, he's blue, like a Smurf. His costume seems a bit generic too. But with the chair, it's got some appeal.
The only reason people bought this set is because of the floating Lazy boy recliner. At least that's why I got it. The figure is a bonus, since I already have the older one.
I would love to have this Kang figure which has the coolest time chair but I already have the 2020 release from Hasbro and I think the price should have been $39.99, Awesome review overall on this dope Kang The Conquer action figure
Iv got an Ollie's like 15 minutes away. But I can't go cause I'm pretty much immobile. Imagine that pain. Like a donut dangling on a stick, in front of your face.
If I'm not mistaken, the rub symbols were randomly applied, which meant thar complete collections require three of each character. So there are versions of those aquatic BattleBeasts with the more appropriate water symbol.
