The focus of this model is incorrect. When approaching, it moves away. And when it gets farther away, it gets closer. I have not found a solution to fix this. The only way out is to mount it to the top. Because if you attach it to the lower guide, then the focus will not work correctly. It's a pity that no blogger noticed this.
Hey, in the times that I have needed it when working with some cinema lenses/ old film lenses, it has been a nice relief. I'm sure if you were going to be pulling critical focus all the time or if cam op ing is your main job a pricier larger one would probably serve best.
How much vertical space is there between the hot shoe and the bottom of the handle? Wondering if there's room to mount Sony's ECM-B1M mic on the hot shoe while the handle is installed.
The British Troops crossed this River and came out the other side, their white paints were stained yellow from the water so they named this River the "Yellow Breeches River" after their stained paints!
If you have the camera on a tripod, try turning off IBIS. That should help with the weird movements you’re getting while on the tripod. I hope it helps
I hope there were three of you, otherwise filming this thing was a real pain in the bum, going up and then back down to collect the camera (and vice versa). Enjoy your holidays....
im currently thinking to get that lens for my fx3. I dont think it would be used much but its a good to have kinda a lens. maybe when you have to film people on the lake or something. I think you should disable the stabilization when you are on a tripod.
The mini can be dissembled and mounted from above and under the camera cage. Once you mount the pocket on the top side of the cage, you lose access to the red focus stopper. So you can only mount it below the cage to have access to it. I was so pissed when I bought it. Tilta never mentioned that in their ad.
@@Milan-cf1xe Aren’t we saying the same thing? How do you then precisely set the stopper when you cannot see it? It simply would have made more sense if one can unscrew it and readjust just like with the mini.
Thank you gentle man for taking the time and the money to show us this examples. In my experience, take photos with maximum exposure, have better results for outdoor, specially at sunsets.
