Omg I have gastritis right and it’s painful! Omg I went to Korea and drank their whiskey and been very sick since then! I also was drinking a lot of coffee on my trip there. Never had this type of stomach pain before, horrible burning sensation with chills. Luckily my liver and kidney are okay 😢 learned my lesson. I’m quitting alcohol

Diagnosed renal cell carcinoma a little over two years ago had nephrectomy removed 30% of kidney to separate nodules exceeding 12.1 cm 12.7 cm however they said they were unable to get all of it, but they have only wanted to monitor me since Recently had scan multiple cysts or nodules showed up on the kidney around 15 of them not yet of a 1.5 cm growth but also having extreme back pain side pain, painful urination and inability to stop urination constant pressure to go to restroom all the time waiting for appointment because that’s pretty much it works in Richmond, Virginia. They don’t rush to see about these things, I’m just wondering is it possible that these smaller nodules are cancer returning? I mean again they didn’t find those before because they were looking. It was accidentally found because of a hip injury but I have a lot of bone problems and I am a brain injury patient who is totally blind just very worried about this kidney issue and whether it has spread to my spine, which is their fear, and trying to Nuro oncology surgeon to operation, but they are afraid to open Waitin 4 new MRI and study to identify current status above and beyond what showed on CAT scan to refine diagnosis 8:48
IBM here, we (others with IBM) notice that it can also affect the diaphragm muscles and the first thing that a majority of us noticed was elevated AST and ALT numbers. Personally I was prescribed Crestor and didn’t notice anything as I started using it, it wasn’t until I had changed my diet and came off of it that I began noticing the huge increase in strength and energy. Other symptoms such as difficulty walking up and down stairs, standing from seated position, etc came about 4 years later and a dx a year later.
PLEASE know that words cannot describe the pain and incapacity PMR causes. The pain does not really go away after an hour or so in the morning, you just finally get your mind to push you in spite of the pain so that you can function. I never showed elevated esr or any related marker. One thing to listen for is my experience, which is common-- I woke up one morning feeling as though I had been crushed by a steam roller. Every bit of me felt damaged and in pain.

my dear dad had that, back in the 50s 60s 70s mum would wash dads cloths and they where covered in dust, dad was electrician and used to to keep lots of canaries in a big shed in the garden so that did not help, 20 years ago dad got pulmonology asbestosis and in a few weeks was dead, he was only 72, he had such alful last few weeks was skin and bones, was heartbreaking to watch.
I have been told I have sarcoid, ACE serum level is elevated to 141 and another blood test supposedly a common biomarker for sarcoidosis was elevated off the scale. I have never had any symptoms mentioned or known. I began developing very small hard to reach swollen lymph glands in my groin I can feel like four or five. They didn't change size we're always soft they caused no pain and we're deep in my groin. I wasn't at all concerned because of 5 years of no changes and no other symptoms. My fiance convinced me go through the biopsy process 3 lymph nodes were removed from my groin. After a pathology came back I was told by the surgeon that it was Hodgkin's lymphoma at which point I was referred to the cancer center for treatment. Intensity modulated beam radiation in 2009. Again I had zero symptoms, always weighed 310lbs, never experienced night sweats shortness of breath fatigue and in fact worked every time this issue came up. Radiation was a success. In 2014 I had a PET scan that showed swollen lymph gland activity all over my lungs, heart, above the diaphragm which was new,. I was actually giving chemo because everybody said lymphoma is back. In 2015 the first time I ever felt swollen glands other than in my groin were on the inside of my elbows on my arms I requested a PET scan. Again the results showed many many swollen lymph gland activity throughout my body. Went away on their own in my arms without any treatment. I'm told that chemotherapy was not necessary because I actually had sarcoid. 2015 a second opinion revealed that it may have been sarcoid the whole time. I've recently had EKG and pulmonary function test and had zero issues, it's true that pulmonologists and rheumatologists aren't very familiar with everything about sarcoidosis there is to know. I'm told that I have chronic renal failure and liver damage, and my immune system is so damaged that corticosteroids are not an option because suppressing my immune system may cause an infection from which I could easily die. Radiation has caused serious damage to my bone marrow my hip joints and numerous other medical issues found in pelvic radiation disease.
