I found this video at 10pm on a Friday night lmaooo. This actually was so helpful bc i was cutting some false lashes straight across and they were lookin stubby af. Ty for posting this !!! ❤
Just found this video - thank you!! I have several different lashes and they're ALL too long (I wear glasses so it's a big issue). I was trying to figure out how I could shorten them without ruining them and then I found this video. GREAT hack!
Ahhh it helps me a lot! My newly bought falsies are unexpectedly too long(it can touch my eyebrows lol) for my small eyes and it looks really weird on me haha, now after trimming it finally looks decent and wearable for natural look 🤣
Thank you so much. I'm a makeup artist and have been struggling with the same problem lately because the falsies i get from the local market are quite long and they don't look good on many of my clients, and purchasing different types of lashes is not affordable as well. But with this technique i can now customise them according to the eye shapes of the cleints.
THANK YOU for this! I have a gorgeous pair of faux mink that were too long. I wear glasses so if my lashes are bumping my glasses it's annoying and uncomfortable. I'm currently feathering the lashes instead of letting them go to waste 😍
Great video! A quick helpful hint for you. You should be using a hair cutting scissor or shear. Regular scissors will fray the hairs. They don't have to be expensive scissors. Cheapy ones will do just fine. Just make sure that you only use them for hair. You'll ruin them otherwise.
I bought these at the beginning of the summer and couldn't get them on to save my life, so stuck them in a drawer. Will def try cutting them in half at this point have nothing to lose not doing me much good sitting in a drawer.
