Hello- My channel is mainly about Honda Dio, or the Elite 50cc , Scooter or Moped. My moped how-and repair videos can be used by most other moped brands. Hi, I have a question on the Carb that has the trumpet air filter .... Does that trumpet comes with foam filter inside ? If it doesn't , how does that prevent the water and all the dirt on the road goes into the the carb ?
Hey I have loads to add to that.. But Tile Setting is my stock and trade these days.. And YES, this stuff is amazing at cleaning outdoor decks, fences and patio tiles.. But this is the main ingredient in GROUT dissolvers.. it will deglaze aka High end gloss tile surfaces.. Thank goodness I was just a NOOBIE on the job when my boss, the customer and sales guy showed up the next morning... I will for ever remember Grout that turned to SOUP.. Multiple areas had to be regrouted more than 3 times, because that TSP was still in the grout joint. But hey I was 3 months on the job. My learning rate went up exponentially FASTER after that job. Good day yall, that just my 2 bits from 15 years ago.
I noticed its burning oil. How long after break - in did it stop burning oil? Im assuming this is normal with new engine because rings need 500 miles to seat. What I really dont know if this is normal and occurs for 500 miles or should it stop soon after the engine runs for some time? I have a high performance engine that failed. I used titanium valves on the 58 cc upgrade for the same engine as the Ruckus. The exhaust valve failed and the thing broke where the valve guide starts, the valve guide was ground down by JC racing which did head porting work. I wont do any more purchases or get any more work done from him. I wish I would have noticed that but the head was assembled by him. I would say thats a stupid thing to do, and Im pissed at the ASSXXXX. I had 1 more 58 cc because I was smart enough to get 2 of them. I have 3 modifed metropolitans. Im thinking the mods without the 58 cc piston (its only slightly bigger) will work just about as well with the other upgrades. (Removed rev limit, high performance camshaft, 20 mm Kein carberator, DR. D performance exhaust, NYC transmission upgrade, iridium sparkplug, and of course airbox and hoses elimination)). Unfortunately the high perf camshafts wont be available much longer. All my scooters are 2009. 15 years old allready. The metropolitan is my favorite because its really sharp looking. I have white wall tires on one and its sharp looking. I will soon upload it to me my You - tube page. I also play guitar a little bit from time to time.

I just got the same scooter, except its 2001. The old owners didnt seem to care about maintenance, despite that, the moto is still in decent condition. Im in the process of making it run good and hopefully a little bit quicker. Im watching all ur vids, good info
You never took the bowl off...Sorry but this is a fake carb I deal in these every day. However with that said fixed up and jetted correctly these can be runners performing just as well as the oem in hp numbers though never as precise through the stages. (The good fakes) beware their are some out their that were never manufactured to perform and I question if even intended to run at all usually those ones however are more obvious fakes via the missing or poorly cast names and id numbers on them. The very easiest way of iding the fakes are the jets AND model type castings the original's are "Fine print" and very defined the fakes are larger lettering and not defined at all. maybe one day ill make a video showing the two oem and high quality fake side by side to show the difference's.
voila and it’s completely. Wrong the yellow mallosi spacer needs to go inside the clutch it’s a common mistake I see a lot of people doing fix this and you wil cee way better results for your clutch
Just found this vid haha, told me what the extra line is on my new carb, i dont need it and am having trouble getting it started after a.full rebuild, everything is correct, been thru it 5 times now, would having a vacume line engine side stop.it.from working, i have tried to put some metal on there but a.backfire shot it out haha

See I listen to you now my blinkers are leaking fluid, and my muffler bearings came apart,🤦 I guess I should upgrade the dozer valve on my carb to help the fuel injection work better!
