Always like the 289 body style, without the side pipes and the steroid musculature of the 427 model. Coupled with the fact that the 289 model is the one that won most of the races
While I dearly love all iterations of the Shelby Cobra, my first choice would be this one. Pure, elemental, and more than enough power. Now if I can only win a lottery!!
According to Babvvo and Tebbvo laws, sadly soon all combustion cars and trucks including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Car washs will be forbidden too because they are climate killers, now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime!!!
I think at this point we're all aware that the death of internal combustion is imminent. And rightly so. We had a good run of 100 years or so. 😢 But it's time to move on. The world ticked along before the car and will again long after its gone. "Its better to have loved and lost...."

Damn, we support the criminal in Moscow. Putin can only be defeated if we implement an immediate energy-saving lockdown. No more private trips. Heating only at night and only one room with light and electricity, you can simply set that at the fuse box.... Cities could, for example, switch off every second street lamp and companies could switch off their neon signs. We can initially hold back driving to pure business trips and hospital trips, etc....!!! Stop driving now!!!!!!!!!
