I have bilateral coxa profunda more advanced to the left with overgrowth of acetabulum, & hip impingment, if i move my leg it clunks, the whole left hip bone hurts, apparently it was seen on an x ray in 2013, i was unaware of this, as i was told at that time my pelvis x ray was satisfactory, well its not satisfactory anymore, im in pain, can this condition cause spine problems? I also have right side l5 nerve root impingment, im awaiting a nerve root block, bulging disc l4/l5 and stenosis i feel it may be connected.
Melissa, I really appreciate this video.... I ordered this unit (coherence plus) yesterday, and I've never had a biofeedback device before (although I use Oura tracker, for example). To have your detailed discussion is so very helpful. I feel much more like I will be able to start using and benefiting from it soon after receiving it, and it seems like something I would have loved to be using for ages now.... can't wait. I've been dysregulated as long as I can remember. Thanks so much!
Wow, level 4 is actually hard. People complain about the video resolution, but trust me, if you have actual neurological issues affecting your eyes, it isn't remotely of concern.
My Dr keeps saying I have sciatica. How do I distinguish from that…are the symptoms of sciatica different from FAI? Or what else could it be. I have pain at the origin of my adductors and have limited abduction of one leg.
These exercises are amazing as optic nerve injury rehab. If you're bothered by the jerkiness of the video, you probably don't need the exercises, it looks fine to me.
Hello I think I've developed this during a wide stance deadlift. or sumo deadlift. (not heavy) I did the movement incorrect my pelvic was tilted posterieurly. I felt impingement and my groin was sore for days, I walked like a penguin for 3 days. My groin has never opened up after that. Could this be it?
I would say it differs for each individual, but according to literature, it is a good time to start managing a scar after stitches are taken out and the edges of the scar are closed with no drainage from it.
not sure i am doing it right either but i sit 1m away from the monitor than name the colours that pop up. i am not doing this for treatment but to train reaction time. but ik this helps with tracking stuff in your surroundings (ball, person, etc.)
