He said, diet, training, and NO DRUGS... Now, the problem I have with that is that most of us who would have any interest in viewing this content are part of the bodybuilding community to some greater or lesser degree. Why insult our intelligence with this statement? Seriously, if anybody knows better, it would be us. I am always put off by professional bodybuilders who claim NO DRUGS. While his physique is without question extraordinary, I simply cannot respect his dishonesty.
Only BBer in history where I think he was too conditioned, and his death proved it. He makes guys in contest shape look 8 weeks out. Look at 4:17, that's straight out of an anime/CGI-movie...humans aren't supposed to be THIS shredded.
Side Fact: According to Nasser El Sonbaty, Andreas Muenzer didn't primarily die because of the abuse of PeDs. In his opinion the main reason was Albert Busek, who had a very demanding relationship with Andreas Muenzer leading to nearly no rest for his body, so it could recover. To finance everything Andreas Muenzer did 40(!) Shows a year.
The guy died because he wanted to stay at competition weight year round like single digit body fat and that's impossible unless you want to do like he did and that's croak ...mixed with a extremely strict diet and I am sure lots of drugs and ped,s his organs could not handle the abuse and his organs slowly shut down till they totally failed.
