The part about swinging forward only is complete rubbish. Lookup Serge Gracovetsky - Spinal engine. A lot of force is generated in running from the spinal rotation which is partly driven by the arm swing. Also worth looking at the Weckmethod for runners. Your centre of mass isn’t over your foot, this isn’t efficient. Bad advice 🤦♂️

The upright posture is debatable. Many elite runners have a significant forward lean, especially Africans. A prime example would be John Ngugi who also happens to be one of my all time favourites.
the model was perfectly gorgeous and toned, as if im seeing a perfectly bodied guy doing the perfected forms perfectly, and performed also imperfected forms perfectly.
hey i struggled for a while with shin splints and didn’t realise it was because i was striking heel first, now that i’ve changed my running form to my mid-foot i’ve started to get knee pain after my runs? do you know what might be causing this?
Thanks I will make sure to run rightly in the proper way to totally avoid injury and pain forever. This is crucial, fundamental and needed for a lifestyle running habit. Take care.
I just don’t understand how you know your supposed to know if your actually doing the right or wrong thing of you can’t see yourself run even if your keeping theses things in mind and thinking your doing them, is the only way to have someone watch you run
This makes me want to run while learning how a plumbus is made. Jokes aside, literally some of the best technical running tips I've seen yet. Thank you so much!
The problem of running in sidewalk is that often they are uneven and if a runner does not look down a fall can happen...that is why I live in a quiet neighborhood so I can run in the streets ..when I run in sidewalk I tend to look down that is not good
