Hey, you! Do you enjoy renowned Creepypastas like Jeff the Killer, Squidward's Suicide and Sonic.exe? Well I sure fucking don't! Come watch me tear these shitty Creepypastas apart and also read some awful ones you've never even heard of. If you can stand the sound of my nasally, monotone voice, you'll love the content here at FishStickOnAStick.

Even M.Night actually WATCHED the show before making his movie, even if he only watched the first season all the way through and is pretty infamous for saying how much he didn't like it (because he doesn't like cartoons) and only skimmed book 2 and 3. I feel like the directors and producers of THIS show didn't watch the animated series at ALL and were only relying on memes as their sources.
Simpsons season one episodes actually are out of order, but not because of a lost episode, it's because they fucked up and had to fic what was supposed to be the first episode.
But we have a new version of this and it's much better! It's called needlemouse, ever heard of that? It's basically the original but MUUCCCCCHH better.
Its a shame this movie sucks because we genuinely need a movie like this. Like honestly id imagine just 3-4 guys recording in the woods, unrelated to anything and seeing Slender. Or 3-4 people that started a documentary after seeing slenderman. Or hell id even take like a mountain mystery group of people who just try to find crazy shit in the woods and happen to succeed this time. Slenderman is too good of a creepy-pasta to have no good film adaptations. Slender the arrival is a good video game so i say he deserves atleast one good movie to.
And stories like these still make their way on the wiki. Ever heard of Borrasca? Yeah, pretty much same crap, different day. And people proclaim that to be "the best creepypasta" even though it's just disgusting. I'm convinced the wiki is never gonna change, they'll just make a cupcakes 2.0, claim it's scary even though it isn't, and call it a day
I love all the begrudging bits of praise you give the movie for getting some things right. Just adds to the fact that the supposed redemption is in some regards even worse than the previous try. I'll add one of my own as i prefer the movie costumes. Sure they aren't as colourful as either version of the show, but they look more like actual clothes, not cosplay pieces. The winter clothes in this version bother me especially cuz they just look so thin and flimsy, where both the og show and the movie had them looking all warm and thick. Also the wigs, especially Yue's, movie did it 100 times better.
Korra definately isn't bad, in fact, I'd argue the season you showed is better than ATLA. But many of your points on the Netflix adaptation is pretty spot on.
"I have some disagreements with you on some of the things you said about Clockwork I personally think that clockwork is amazing and every aspect and I think she deserves to be popular if you read her stories you'll understand what she went through you can't do that to your own kids yet alone to your daughter your daughter for God sakes you gave birth to her and then you go and tell her that she's useless and all that s*** it's like what the hell why did you have kids if you're going to abuse them and treat them like that? Clockwork never freaking fails I mean if it was me I would have adopted clockwork at a young age and taking her for my own usually I would just sing to her and feed her and do everything for her that's what I would do if she was my daughter but clockwork isn't my daughter unfortunately not but she can still be my girlfriend and that's great I just love her I really like her I appreciate her everything she does you don't understand what she went through only people like me good understanding people like myself will understand what clockwork went through as for people like yourself are careless fools who only think of themselves and don't pay any attention to clockworks scary story because rape is scary why would you do that to anyone Jesus to do it to your own daughter it's really horrible tremendous disgusting foul horrible nasty outrageous that's what I think of what happened to her I actually felt bad when I saw the story and when I read it I don't read it from online I just hop on my phone and put it on RU-vid and it shows it shows up and I look at it feeling bad for her but that's just my opinion of Clockwork I have nice things to say about her but you know I understand if you don't like her you don't have to like her if you don't want to that's your opinion and that's fine you're allowed to have your own opinion on things but don't you ever say anything bad about Clockwork if you do we're not friends and I won't show this to my friends I'm not gonna because it's a waste of my time this video you're just saying things about a girl that's not true but you say it anyway to what proof that what you're saying is true? Well it's not and you know what? I don't care if you don't like her because I like her that's right I said it I said it because I can and what you gonna do about? yeah you can't do anything about it because everything you're saying is wrong you don't understand her like I do and for that "your time is up" thank you and goodbye"
I honestly think that Blood Whistle has a LOT of potential. It’s just that making the protagonist unalive themselves from a SMB3 rom hack along with them going absolutely ham on the thesaurus just makes it so terrible. Maybe if they wouldn’t try making themselves sound so “fancy” or make everything so excruciatingly detailed, I’d probably like it more.
I love how that one comment started being slightly critical of the story and ended up becoming a dude explaining how dreams help us predict the future.
I got this film because it was recomended without any info. So I purchased it and almost resold it because I don't like found footage movies. I hate shaky cam and hand held messy camera work. But I am glad I watched it the camera work was cool and watchable they did it right. And the movie itself was really cool and the ending was 👌🏽.
7:51 I subbed just for that. While the 2010 movie and this Netflix show are complete disappointments in the grand tapestry of the Avatar universe, they at least had the decency to acknowledge their status as adaptations, not daring to tread too heavily on the sacred ground of canon, unlike The Legend of Korra. It stands as a monument to mediocrity, a beacon of blandness in a sea of superior storytelling. It's a series where characters possess the depth and complexity of cardboard cutouts, displaying moments of emotional and intellectual shallowness that defy even the most basic expectations. The storytelling, if one can be so generous as to call it that, meanders with the grace of a headless chicken, aimlessly wandering through plot points with the coherence of a fever dream. The writing shines with the dull glow of a smartphone screen in broad daylight, presenting dialogue and narrative arcs that inspire nothing so much as a longing for the creativity and engagement of watching paint dry. And then there's Korra, the crown jewel in this diadem of embarrassment. She parades around with the overbearing arrogance of an untrained puppy, matched only by a bewildering inability to grow or learn from her mistakes, solidifying her status as a protagonist whose development arc is as flat as the animated landscapes she storms across. Her constant evasion of responsibility and propensity for childish outbursts not only undermine any potential for empathy but also manage to make a mockery of the concept of character growth itself. In a universe where the very fabric of storytelling once shimmered with the magic of ATLA, TLoK somehow manages to unravel it with the finesse of a sledgehammer. It squanders its rich lore and complex world-building on petty dramas and half-baked philosophies that would struggle to find relevance in a high school debate. In sum, TLoK is not merely a show; it is a case study in how to take a beloved world and reduce it to a shadow of its former glory, a stark reminder that even the most promising of narratives can be led astray by a lack of vision, coherence, and respect for its origins. It stands as a testament to wasted potential, a whisper of what could have been in the halls of animation history.
Y'all missing one point no Avatar is going to save the world here but Katara is. Look at how fast she travels with her bare feet. i am telling you she is so powerful that ozai would shiver just by looking at her. She is the master who doesn't need any shitty men to teach her waterbeding she is the force of nature
Ok here’s my super tin hat theory: The actress that plays katara has a boyfriend and so she insisted on less lines with aang so her boyfriend wouldn’t get upset! 🤓🤣
The video footage would actually be better since my eyeballs no longer would have to process the gross live action shit anyway so in some twisted way copyright actually made something better
