I cannot find any information online about config numbers and the meaning. All manuals state "hire an electrician for the config menu" which is bs. This video was the only thing I could find to fix my very issue, my spa only recognized 1 pump. Setting config from 1 to 3, turned both pumps on. Thanks
Yeah - and you cannot turn this feature off. Cause these know it all’s won’t let you. So when it drops below 7 degrees even if it never gets below 4 degrees you can expect 20kw of power to be drawn every day on freaking smart mode. Freaking zealot idiots built a feature and never gave it an off option.
When you say see if your system plug operates normally after unplugging the keypad. How are we supposed to know that how are we supposed to know the process of ensuring that our system works properly. You did not explain what to look for what to push what to do all you said is see if your system operates normally. That did not help.
have you figured out the issue with the green light? ive had this issue and the phone support is not working. also, i called eero and opened the ports and white listed the server. Still no luck. Whats the issue?
Our keypad only gives us the option to get to 24 once I get to the b...beach.... we have a 50 Amp service, so we need to set it to 40, but it will only get to a 24 max.... what to do?
i cant find any drawings on this anywere :( i guess you split the main cirkulation 2" pipe after heater in two pipes , one 2" pipe passes beside the inclear i one 3/4 pipe connects to the inclear reducer and passes through and out in 3/4 reducer again and connects back again to 2" pipe. ? A Drawing would clerify this instead maybe :))

UPDATE for everyone who faces this problem........READ this carefully..... the pressure switch is almost all the time the problem, here why; 1- When you start (breaker) your spa AFTER refilling it with a new water; DON'T overload it keep the level normal or a little bit below. 2- When you refill it with MORE water than usual, the Pressure into the water pipes WILL be HIGHER than 2 psi 3- When the pressure switch is exposed to more than 2 psi it will close it circuit BEFORE starting the pump !! 4- IF you start the hot tub with a closed pressure switch BEFORE the pump starts.....the computer (board) will detect a higher pressure that is NOT supposed to be there and will TRIGGER the 3 dots = NO HEAT This is what we found yesterday.... it happened to me twice and each time just before winter when I changed my water for this period.....each time I went to my specialist saying does not work...........EACH time twice when he plugged it......the spa pack was working PERFECTLY......and 30 min before........was not.........this is why we start our brainstorming DONT bypass the pressure switch by connecting the 2 wires.......when you will restart your spa the computer will understand that the pressure was already high (more than or equal to 2 psi) and won't solve your problem... DON't Counterclockwise (left) your pressure switch........you will close the circuit below the 2 psi and face the same situation....... Voilà From a guy in Canada......

Please do a video on the heat modes, please explain the purpose of each mode . I find when i repack most of my calls are about heating. I think most consumers find them confusing. Thanks Gecko is a great product in the spa industry.
I agree with the last comment. As a consumer I am struggling to find good information about the heating controls. Also the subtle differences between economy mode and weekender mode. They appear almost the same in the description

Standing next to my wifi modem. Spa in the next room. RF is at 75%. Can't connect and drops if it ever did. Next suggestion? Cause this is an absolute piece of crap hardware, and the software is even worse
For anyone wondering what it does.. It changes how many pumps are selectable on the screen or adds/takes away the Ozone button from the home screen. Unless you've added a 3rd pump or Ozone I think there is nothing to be gained by meddling with it. So after figuring that out I changed back to my original configuration number. But even though I just looked and didn't mess with anything else, the amps had somehow changed from 32 up to 48 on my return to my original configuration. So if you're a nosey bugger and insist on meddling with everything like I do, please be careful
Hello. Can you tell me how to stop the gecko circulation pump! Beside the “ON” hours the spa does every 10 min, 1 min of circulation. I want that stopped…. Please help
I have a spa that will maintain any temperature up to 97 degrees and all the jets work, but when it gets to that temperature, the circuit breaker trips. I think I see the heater indicator on the control board on, and just as the temperature gets to 97, I hear a click and the breaker trips, but also that moment passed quickly. What is going on when the heater reaches it set temperature such that something draws too much power - or causes a ground fault maybe?
Our Hydropool hot tub isn't a year old. We set it for 90 degrees for the hot summer months. It wont drop below 100 degrees. The place where we bought it says this is normal. In other words they aren't interested in helping us. I don't want to touch our fear of voiding the warranty. Plus I don't know what I am doing. Kind of at a loss here.
ok it is 18 degrees celcius, and I have somehow managed to activate smart winter mode.,...I wouldn't think I need it right now at this temp, but if I just left it alone it goes away in 24 hours and then I don't have to worry about it until winter (although the lowest temp we get in winter is -20 and very rarely????
HI again, I have got my balboa circuit board back from the repairers. It warms only to 29 degrees even if I have it set for 38 degrees. All relays have been changed. When I lowered the heat to 26,I see the temp light goes off. And I hear a small click. Then I put it back to 38 and get a small click. The heat then flashes, but it is not going over 29 ? The fuses look fine, but the big main one is not glass, so would need to check that one. I checked the AC current on the element, with it all powered up, And it read nothing. is this strange or what? The element is warmish to touch not hot to burn yourself. I need to switch it off now to check, the ohms. just checked the ohms, around 18,9-19? What does this mean if it is not around 11 or 12? I don't know where the problem is, any ideas?
Get the impeller on my hydropool 770 self cleaning now have Flo error and Circ pump not responsive after power at pump zero also not heating obviously. hearing a click upon restarting I've done everything for airlock. Suggestions?
