Approx 20cm diameter and 15cm height. If you use A3 papers then can be bigger but I never made it. I just did a quick calculation and I am guessing it will be approx 28.3cm diameter and 21cm height. Hope I am not wrong.
Ideally heat resistant paper if there is as such. Recently I discovered material called tyvek and it might work good for lampshade, but I’m not 100% sure. Apologies that I’m no expert that area, I’m only good at folding so I would recommend you to chat with paper suppliers if possible. Thanks
I am using normal papers for this. However they are high quality papers of paper weight 120gsm, stronger paper than photocopier papers. Hope I answered your question. Thank you.
It's really nice, the outcome is amazing. Thank you. But I found out that the 2 parts are exactly the same. The difference is that you need to rotate on of them 180 degrees to fit (I made 6 of the first type- for 3 lamps, and any 2 of them fit together perfectly when one is rotated).
Hope you solve the problem ok. As I explained around 12mins mark, 2 of the parts need to be alternate to assemble (eg: this order --> First pattern, second pattern, first pattern and second pattern)
