Great, thought provoking video that provides very useful steps to accomplish goals and find help where it is needed. I look forward to your discussion on the first book you brought up in this video. Please continue your wellbeing and productivity videos.
@@ReneMcLaren yes! In the bottom right corner of the journal (full video linked), I write the 4 agreements in order as they are 🙂 Just this simple, 20 second or so reminder helps to bring them to the front of your mind throughout your day!
I’m so grateful for you and for our love! All of the little synchronicities that led up to us getting together are truly miraculous- so many things happened exactly as they were supposed to in order for our paths to cross in the way that they did ❤
Great video👍🏼 This book is amazing, I come back to it every so often. Not making assumptions is usually the challenging one for me. It gets easier to discard it when remembering this agreement.
Hey Wellness to Wisdom , very good video . I can do better editing in your videos which can help you to get more engagement in your videos . Pls lmk what do you think ?
Hi Jerry! I go into detail in the video linked here ( ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-52ZaUq6JeXo.html ) and others on the channel 🙂 Please let me know if you’d like a deep dive on this particular topic or something similar! I’d love to hear what you think
Here's a suggestion. Do a video on personal objectives. There are hundreds of videos on RU-vid on topics like goals (tasks, usually), productivity, planning, strategy, note-taking, journalling, etc. But this is putting the cart before the horse. Until a person is clear about his/her personal objectives, the other topics are premature. However, I have come across only a handful of videos about personal objectives. In my mind, personal objectives are statements of a person's desired condition / state at some time in the future. They tend to have a longer term perspective and take at least months, if not several years to achieve. It requires strategies, tactics, and tasks to achieve personal objectives. Below is a list of "categories" of personal objectives. They are not personal objectives in and of themselves. They are a starting point for a person to create his/her personal objectives. My list is very comprehensive. I have yet to come across a personal objective that didn't fit into one of those "categories". It is important that a person writes down his/her personal objectives and read them once a month. Why? For a couple reasons. (1) Life’s day-to-day demands make It’s too easy to get distracted and lose sight of our personal objectives. It’s just like the old saying, “It's hard to remember that your objective was to drain the swamp when you're up to your ass in alligators”. (2) A person’s personal objectives will likely change multiple times over a life-time. A person needs to detect when his/her situation changes and modify his/her personal objectives, accordingly. * Personal / Professional Relationship * Physical / Health Condition * Mental / Intellectual Condition * Emotional / Psychological Condition * Spiritual Condition * Wealth / Financial Condition * Security / Safety Condition * Fame / Reputation * Power / Influence * Skill / Capability * Possession / Property (Things you have / own) * Location / Place (Where you primarily reside)
@@jimgrant1776 Thank you for both this wonderful idea and thorough explanation! I wholeheartedly agree with the importance of establishing and staying true to your personal objectives. In my mind, it is values -> personal objectives/life vision -> goals. I have your idea and wonderful explanation in my document where I store ideas for upcoming videos -- thank you!! I'll be sure to credit you when I make something on the topic :)
