Overpriced shit hole of barking dogs,dog shit every where Clubhouse staff never there.Coffee bar always closed Cars pulling in at way to fast.Construction for over a year on entrance way,roads to and from always backed up.Sound passes through every wall.Other residents young and friendly.Stay away,way over priced.
I disagree, I have currently closed over $35,000 from realtor.com leads and I paid less than a 10th of that price. Totally worth it, if you know how to work the leads.
Thanks for the review. I have tried Market Leader so far, which is not good. They drive traffic to a website they create for you. But most don't have phone numbers, They charge $750/month with the CRM, website, and marketing. Have you also tried Zillow? That also seems promising.
@@JJ-no8fk They all work, if you stick with it long enough. Here's how I look at it. If you get 100 leads, you should be getting a 1-2% conversation. That seems low, but that's how it it works. I'm still with Market Leader and got 70 leads so far. 2 of the 70 leads I am working with I will close on. That's better than 1%.
I found your video when I was on the fence. I bought two zip codes for these leads. I get 8 leads a month. and I already closed two homes. It had paid itself off even on just one lead. Thanks again

New in the business and receiving leads from my broker from REALTOR. I am coming across dead ends with these leads. Either they spoke to someone already or just don’t respond, and that’s after call text and email followups. Any advice?
Hi JonJ. if you receive the leads from your broker, do they go to the broker first and then get distributed to the agents. If that is the process, it will almost never work. You have to follow up with the leads immediately. Which is why i ordered my own and responded to the leads ASAP for my results.
I had zillow before and i had broker paid leads in the past. Unfortunately those leads yielded very little results. Most turned out to generate less that $1,000 aftet the split. My success story starts and ends with realtor.com leads. Also open house leads are my most solid leads. I will teach a class on how to convert open house leads. Just closed a $471,000 buyer purchase from an open house (and it wasn't my listing)
Pedro Perez choose the zip codes that are closest to your area and ask the reps at realtor.com which zip codes have more success in your area. They will let you know.
I used zip codes that were close to my home or office location. You don't want to take a lead in an area that you are very unfamiliar with. Buyers can tell when you don't know the area.
