I have this wall mounted washing line. To give an honest opinion, excellent space for clothes easy to fold away and pull out. Unfortunately needs to be placed where there is a lot of sunlight and wind access, no room for bed sheets nor big bath sheets. Other than that it's ok for a small family.
Honey i don't dubt your pasta is good to eat but please. Do not call Spaghetti all'Amatriciana because it has nothing from the original recipte. 1st NOOO BACON but Guanciale (cheek lard from the face of the pig) 😡 2nd NOOO GARLIC. There is kind of war about Onion. Some say yes some say No. I personally do not use Onion but I like to rub the hot pan with half onion. REMEMBER I said RUB i do not leave it on pan 3th 10 minutes with your bacon on fire? Are you crazy? Guanciale MUST be put in the pan when the pan is very hot with a little little oil and it must be cook just for the right time it become brown but not crisp. Then you have to put white wine and leave it blend After that you make right. Take the fat out of the pan but DO NOT THROW it away. U will need a little later. It will help you to thicken the pasta to the sauce. But it is not the only thing you need to thicken all togheter 4th. Tomato sauce IS NOT GOOD. You need PELATI or if you are in the right season fresh tomatos. 5th. You cut spaghetti? 😩😩 I want to cry. You never never do that anymore. Promise to your guest! You put spaghetti n.12 in to the water and you wait they curve all into the pot. You can help yourself with the wood spoon Put a little little suger into the tomato sauce made from pelati that you previously squeeze with you hand. It will help to keep away the sourness (You put the pelati in the same pan you cooked the guanciale that you put a part). You must use the same pan without wash it because it got the flavour of the guanciale. Add some water where the pasta is into the tomato sauce. This water now is full of starch that come out from the spaghetti. Add 2 little spoon of the fat from the guanciale. Those two ingredients are extremly important because now you have to finish to cook the spaghetti into the pan with the tomato sauce. So at this moment your spaghetti are not done yet. They are hard. Good!! Take them and put it into the pan. Add water time by time little amount every time and let spaghetti finish the cook. If the spaghetti box say 8min at 7min stop but leave them into the pan. ( your broken spaghetti are over cooked. I can see). And now only now add the guanciale you cooked and make a shower of PECORINo ROMANO NOT NOT NOT PARMIGIANO IF YOU LIKE SPICY during the cook add half peperoncino on the sauce THAT's IT. EASY EASY YUMMI YUMMI
I think I messed up the recipe because I wasn't sure to drain the sultanas. They hadn't soaked up as much water as it looked like yours did in the video. I drained half of the water away and it seemed to work. Tasted a little plain but oh well :)
I don't think you're supposed to eat unpasturised cheese or raw meat (like sushi) when pregnant, probably bacteria levels which are fine for us but dangerous for developing foetus.
Now you KNOW this is not going to be like the REAL DEAL. Just look who's cooking. This MUST be taken into consideration and I suppose forgiven. The BEST stew I've ever eaten was made by a Nigerian man who used chicken parts, stewed tomatoes, sweet potatoes, black-eyed peas, chunky peanut butter and peanuts, kale, garlic, onion and cayenne to make a thick luxurious stew he served over pounded yam (foo foo). DELICIOUS to the max! Wow I didn't meant to write so much but couldn't stop remembering.
oh no did you not get to try this?! I was looking for a way to cook my camembert without the rudimentory box! Thanks a mill! And yay Matt, but I was rooting for Rebecca! Wish you the BEST with your pregnancy from Ireland! Eva xo
