Guy justs say the same as every one else....the guitar world does not need videos on busted...no way... come on... there has to be a limit... im not having it....busted will always suck .sorry...but i gotta say it...
I’ve watched this video SO many times wanting this amp badly and played this amp locally many times and it’s my dream amp only other amp in my dream category that I played and loved equally is the soldanoSLO 30 which is way more expensive and no reverb. Andy’s playing is phenomenal so is that amp
I bought a Fillmore 25 in February. The first tube amp I’ve actually owned. Just a bed room player so I wanted an amp with a master volume. Love this amp and would highly recommend it. Great cleans and reverb to heavy crunch. All I need.
I bought a Mesa Boogie about 13 years ago, and they were expensive then, but now that Gibson have got their grubby little greedy hands on them, they are ridiculously expensive, and out of most people's price range! Is there nothing that Gibson won't kill to make a quid? Bastards!
Update after 10 gigs: this thing is a workhorse. I love the usb charger but the thing that really makes this amp shine is the absurd headroom. I was playing an outdoor campground gig with a six piece band and didn’t realize my volume was only at about 9:00 and it was more than keeping up
Hi, what amp would be better for me i play blues mostly > The Fillmore 25 or the MESA/Boogie California Tweed 2:20 ??? Please give me your opinion thanks ..

I have listened over and over again to this video along with the one with 2x10 vs 1x15 and I have to say I think the 1x12 sounds by far the best. The 1x15 sounds like it was missing some depth that the 2x10 had making it the better of the two. But now hearing the 1x12 vs the 2x10 it feel like a no brainer. Sure the 1x10 sounds ok, but I have listed to this through a pair of KEF LE50 WIIs and my Harmon Kardon car speaks and the 1x12 just sounds so much fuller. The 2x10 does sounds slightly punchier and maybe that's ideal for some, but it has an almost hallow sound to it when compared to the 1x12. This is just my 2cents, but out of the three cabs I think the 1x12 shines the most. Kinda makes me want a 2x12 lol.
I have the 50w, using a parametric eq. Whoa! The 6v6's sound really good in this amp (all of them have there uniqueness)..but loosing 50% output for a gig or practice ...well may have to get the 100. 😂
manufacturing in Commiefornia has really taken its toll on pricing. Coupled with the Fed's criminal inflation, these become luxury goods, no longer working mans tools.
I think it's less of a location thing and more just the fact that they got bought out by gibson, they have a severe ego inflation issue right now. A dual rectifier stack with a gibson les paul used to be the dream. But an orange stack with an Ibanez prestige more than gets me there while leaving some room in the budget for effects, bills, etc.
hi, friend!! I hope you are well, I have a question with this amplifier regarding how to use the equipment with headphones without the speaker playing, I do not want to have accidents with the amplifier, that is why I am asking you how to use it only with headphones to practice at night. To use with headphones should I leave the SPKR switch OFF? Is it correct to do it like this? or is it done another way??? I hope you can help me, I will be attentive, greetings from Chile!! 👍👍
I have the tc-50 amphead and really it's a dream amp . 3 channels , 3 reverbs , 2 masters volumes , midi compatible , internal load speakers , di cab clone , fx switchable , el34 , 6l6 , 6v6 swappable... etc . Maximum versatility . Hope it will last long
I agree. A major selling point for me is the FX on the footswitch. I do not understand why this is not common place. I think it would help sell more amps across the board.
