So...is he srill a cop? Guess what? The best of them, & I were witnesses against the city of Jenkins & this cop. They were sued by a man & woman. I was on a ride along with the assistant chief & witnessed police brutality BY THIS COP!!!! The assistant chief & I were 2 main witnesses that would NOT LIE for Jim or the city. She tried to tell the mayor, but he did NOTHING!! Only forced her to quit. While the case was on going officer Jim came to my apartment in Jenkins to chat. He was not even suppose to be around us. He made some indirect threats. He also told us he knew the truth of what happened but we could say whatever we wanted. Nothing was done about that! Sorry Jim! Your a corrupt cop. Not a good one. Still carry one of those 'drop' things just in case?? The city of Jenkins did THE BEST COP THEY HAD WRONG! WHAT THEY DID WAS UNJUST!!! & i do not care how long ago it has been justice will be served. Yall didn't know that the whole time you were entertaining one of Gods chosen & the very one destined to lead others & motivate them to have NO FEAR so they can also stand up & use their voice to talk about all the injustices done against them!

Attorneys in Kentucky have no fear of being disciplined. The KBA and their secretive complaint review process allow attorney to violate the Rules of the Supreme Court and Rules of Professional Conduct. My story is an example of ethical conduct in the crooked minds of the KBA: Frank Anthony Brancato is the attorney my deceased mother entrusted to handle her estate. Brancato prepared, witnessed, filed and serves as executor of my mother’s Testamentary Will. He also prepared the General Warranty Deed at issue. In his duties of preparing her Testamentary Will, Brancato failed to disclose that language the General Warranty Deed, that he also prepared and executed, would conflict with her last wishes to “hereby give devise and bequeath'' property in which I was the intended beneficiary. Brancato’s violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct resulted in him, as Executor, declaring the property promised to me a nullity. This act of negligence and lack of due diligence allowed Brancato’s personal friend and client, James Ludwiczak, my father, to essentially “steal” the property I have resided in and have made mortgage payments on for 20 years. Brancato’s negligence has empowered my father to make false claims in attempts to extort funds from an inherited IRA. Brancato has also acted as an accomplice with my fathers in attempts at extorting my inheritance by acting as an agent of my father, extending an offer to title my house to me for the amount of money in the IRA before he officially made the nullification. When I asked Brancato why he failed to inform my mother about the conflict the deed he prepared had with her last wishes, he claimed privileged client communications. Courts have recognized that intended third-party beneficiary exceptions to the rule of privity are not limited to will drafting cases. Brancato has neglected a reasonable duty owed, and his negligence is the proximate cause of my loss as an intended beneficiary. The Kentucky Bar Association, with no explanation or accountability, found “no ethical violation” this gross act of incompetence.
