Sounds great. I have one on the way and the dealer said no need to jet the carb until you put the powerbomb header on. What do you think? I have a 2017 with 160 miles on it. Also, what size tank do you have and did you have to relocate the turn signals? Thanks!
mastercarpenter1000 ...I jetted the carb with just the muffler. There lean from the factory for smog purpose so I didn't want to take the chance in burning it up. It's like night and day. As for the turn signals I put smaller ones on but there in the same mounting spot. I got ammo cans that I use as bags..I needed the clearance
mastercarpenter1000 ..I don't know what kind of skill you have in working on things. But it's not hard. The hardest thing is pulling the carb off and putting it back on. But changing the actual jet is easy. The tank I got is the acibis natural..4.9 gal
hey JDOG1337. i did notice a difference when i did the pipe and jetting. it was really lean from the factory. even more so with just the pipe so its a good idea to do them both at the same time. I didn't do any suspension mods.
