It is sad that this video only have 10000 plus views while the videos who are trying to fool people have much much more. :-( You do know what they are actually doing? Those videos with Roulette systems actually work like Casino games, in the way that most people will win short term with those systems making the channels able to continue to make money. Some will lose also short term, but the majority will win in short term and the crazyness continues... Maybe we should start one of those channels and make some money on it. 🙂

Actually, i think your python code is not correct. Looking at your graphs, it clearly shows a big loss and then a win, however everytime you hit a win, it covers all the losses and provides a profit. Your graphs show a win still below the original amount. I used ChatGPT to create a python code for the exact same thing you did, and my results were far better than yours. I also gave the code a programming friend of mine to check that the code was doing what it's suppose too. Sorry, but your graphs prove your code is faulty!!!
Don't stay in as long. By your own admission, you made a profit, even if only slight, on 100 spins. Is anyone really going to hang in there for 10000 spins? If you have enough money to last 15 spins, it's extremely rare you would lose, provided you "quit while you're ahead". Quite often, people are their own worst enemy, due to being greedy. They win, but keep going. I have played a system similar to Fibonacci, with enough money to last 15 spins. Over 50 games, I only went over 10 spins 5 times. Twice was to 12 spins, once 11, once to 13, once to 14, which was scary, but NEVER to 15. That's not to say it can't happen, but if you are betting on 12 numbers, it's rare you would get pushed past 15 games, & you should have enough wins behind you that even if you do lose once evey 50 games, you are still ahead. I only play for 30 mins, occasionally for 45 mins, at a time.
Very good but youre doing it wrong. The arcing is a breakdown failure, and if you can mitigate that your speed will increase monumentally. Mine go about 2000rpm at twice the size of that.
The fibonacci betting strategy is quite arbitrary in respect to the numbers, you could simply go from 1 to 4 to 10 to 22 to 44 to 66 to 102 and the results would be the same. The numbers themselves plays no role in the game's win or loss rate. That's what people forget. The odds never change regardless of your bet.
Correct me if I'm wrong but roulette is beatable if there is no table limit, you already have an infinite amount of money, and you double your bet every time you lose. The idea being any win after a loss gets you back to even while you pocket any money generated by consecutive wins. Since tables have limits and none of us have infinite money there are not roulette games that are beatable.
Technically you don't need infinite money but since the longest recorded run on a "50/50" i could find was 26 in a row you would need at least $335,544,320 to play on a $5 to mitigate ruin risk. Or I could be wrong I've had half a bottle of rum :)
Yup - completely correct. Infinite money. But also no table limit. This is the ‘Martingale’ strategy which sounds perfect, theoretically. But in practice and in real life is utterly disastrous
Ive tested it notnwith real money and yea the fibonachi is terrible long run you can get lucky dont get me wrong and it is obviously possible to win big of it like anything else but oure more likely to lose money with it
You just need to be very patient with fibonacci betting on dozens or columns, basically you get 10 bullets b4 you hit the table limit with this system. You just have to wait until a dozen or column don’t hit for 5 or 6 times which happens very often. 99.9% you’ll hit those dozens or columns in the next 10 spins. Bloody very unlucky if you don’t. The statement "Fibonacci will fail with unlimited bankroll and no table limit" is FALSE. Fibonacci COULD create infinite winnings, **IF** there were no limits on bankroll or table limits. Your experiment Reset on Wins and after ONLY ELEVEN steps in the Fibonacci Sequence. IF you let the Fibonacci Sequence play out UNTIL IT DOES WIN, you will wind up in profit or a LOT of profit. I can tell you from personal experience that it often goes for 15 or more spins before finally hitting. (The longest run on losing spins that I personally have seen is 23 losses, winning on the 24th spin.) THE REALITY of all this is (and I know this is what you meant) "Given House Table Limits, The Fibonacci Sequence, when applied to Dozen or Column bets, will kick your arse and leave you broke." THAT statement is 100% true and I can testify that, given my bankroll only lets me go 10 steps into The Sequence, you will have to do the Walk of Shame back to your car with empty pockets, as I have done too many times. IF someone out there IS promoting The Fibonacci Sequence as being "foolproof and a guarantee" at casinos, then I am equally upset at that false claim, too. I also appreciate you looking out for my fellow gamblers and trying to keep them away from fake gurus and misleading systems.
Thanks for video but I believe Your logic is wrong by just repeating the same $5 bet 5 times in the beginning of the sequence because once you start the fibonacci sequence your are already down 5 units or in your case, $25. I believe the logical way would be to put $0 bets for the first 5 values in your sequence because you aren't winning or losing during those. Maybe try starting with a lower starting bet, say $0.50. Wonder if that would make any difference. And also maybe you can add a profit tracker in your code to see what the highest amount of profit was throughout the simulation. Just some suggestions and ideas that I would be curious about. Thanks for the video and hope to see what/if those changes make a difference.

This version of the video was made as someone asked that specific question, ‘what happens if you keep the stakes level for the first 6 rounds?’ (The end result as you can see is the same) See the original video (link in description) for starting from a flat stake. The code also includes a P/L tracker that was added to cover the ‘Just quit whilst you’re ahead’ strategy (note: there is no such strategy, you can never guarantee you’ll be ahead at any point) And finally if you start with smaller stakes, you’ll just lose less to start off with. @davidpride3160 I believe I watched the original video starting from a traditional fibonacci sequence and the commenter mentioned to start betting after a specific dozen had not landed in 5 spins therfore giving you an additional 5 spins to the betting progression and the smaller starting bet, I suggested, would allow you more bets in the progression as well. But maybe I misunderstood the comment. I've played this way before and have withstood over 20 misses of the same dozen. I'm a mathematician and the house always wins in the long run but you could increase your "luck" for small wins and just have to have discipline to take your winnings and be content. Everyone says the wheel has no memory but I do believe in the law of averages and eventually the wheel will self correct and meet the statistical probability for each outcome you just need to jump in at the right time. See the pinned comment for reply to this exact question. How do you guarantee you will be ahead? You can't. And, in the long run, you'll have more losing sessions than winning sessions and you will lose overall. It's baked into the game.

No matter what system you play, the house edge will not change. For example if you play the dozens, the calculation for European Roulette is as follows: The probability of hitting a dozen is (12/37) and you win 2 units The probability of losing is (25/37) and you lose 1 unit The expected value for the player is calculated as follows: ((12/37) * 2) + ((25/37) * -1) = 0,6486 - 0,6756 = -0,027 This means in percentages that you will lose 2,7% of the 1 unit you wagered. The so called Return To Player percentage is therefore 97,3% and you will lose your money on the long run. Playing odd/even, single number, column or whatever will give you exactly the same 2,7% like David showed in the video.
The whole idea of using a system in any casino game is to hit quick and get out. Take the Fibonacci system. It’s real implication should be to get in for quick $100 or $200 dollar wins and out. Your data proved that this is indeed possible and it’s not until you do so many spins that the laws of large numbers comes into play. It’s very clear from the onset that you dislike casinos and I understand that but the majority of people who play casino games understand that the casino will always win in the end and in fact the only 2 forms of gambling that you truly have a chance to be profitable at are sports betting and poker. I think it’s disingenuous to demonstrate what happens at 10,000 spins. You can’t beat roulette, there is no system to crack the game but you did demonstrate that on any given day, in the course of 50-60 spins… you just may be able to Fibonacci yourself into winning a small profit and possibly having some fun.
I can do, but it’s fairly blunt, and only configured for Fibonacci. There are many simulators out there. This is an online on (with no affiliate links which is a distinct plus) - there is a blatantly incorrect claim re the ‘quit whilst you’re ahead’ fallacy, but the calcs for the main sim are correct. I’m not following a traditional strategy. I’m not confident if my idea will work; I built an excel file that I manually ran 1000 times but it would be nice to automate it the way you did 😃 I agree it probably fails in the end 😆

Wondering why you don't use a damp sponge to get the paper slightly moist if you want to peel it off? Seems to work pretty well if you let the paper dry out a bit before trying to peel it off. If you get the paper too wet, it might be difficult to peel it off in one go and may have to use your fingers, or a tool to roll the paper off in batches. If you want a more consistent curve in the foam board, all you need is around 1/2 inch thick foam rubber, or a bit bigger than the foam board piece you want to "roll" and a smooth piece of pipe (I use PVC pipe). Place the foam board part on the foam rubber bed/pad, and roll your PVC, or other type of smooth pipe over it gently at first, and apply a bit more pressure with as many passes as needed to gain the curve you want. If you want to curve the foam board part a lot, use thicker foam rubber pad.
I use to have a RU-vid video up about how to do this on a foam pad bed, lots of space to use, and was cold rolling foam board of various types as thick as 6 mm, or as thin as 2mm, as in stiff foam dinner plates where I had trimmed away the raised edges for a flat piece. The idea was to make super lightweight skins for various small RC and larger aircraft fuselages. The goal was to learn how to avoid any wrinkles in the foam, or not cause the brittle foams to crack. With a bit of practice, starting out gentle at first and increasing the pressure on the rolling tube a little each time, easy to do. I also used the PVC pipe to roll off the paper if desired by first starting to peel the paper until I had enough for the pipe to hold it. Once I had enough to wrap around the pipe, it was simple to roll the pipe slow enough to gently pull the paper loose.
The secret is in the foam rubber keeping the foam board part pushed against the PVC roller, so no need to pre score the foam with a knife and you get a very smooth, wrinkle, crease, and crack free foam board part with as much curve as you like.
The script could be adjusted to any ‘staking plan’ - but genuinely, the long term results would be the same. If you play flat stakes, the longer you play, the closer to the house edge you’ll get. The massive problem with any staking system, particularly ones that increase the stake size when you lose, is that you’ll always hit a run of losses that will wipe out your bank balance.

Great video! Low Roller here. I've gone down the roulette rabbit hole testing different strategies using a beta app then applying at brick and mortar and online casinos that accept crypto. I could never pinpoint it but I knew there was a wave of win and then sudden wave of losses. Crypto casinos offer European roulette and have now introduced "wild numbers" when betting single numbers. My local brick and mortar offers wild numbers too. (Double zero though) European roulette with the wild numbers is the only roulette I'll play online. Some of the the online roulette games offer $0.20 bets. ie: Extreme Lighting roulette I've been trying to teach myself to cash out when I'm 20-40% up. Roulette is a quick get in get out type of game as far as I can tell now... I'm better to play for 15 minutes versus trying to play for an hour. @5:10 you noted "profit". Is there a way to do an analysis on the probability of winning within a thousand spins and pin pointing that section of profit as noted?
Sir you say the wheel never changes. This is true. But are you acknowledging that moving to different wheels changes your math? Because each wheel is in its own reality at any different time?
It seams to me that the fibonacci often seams to make your banktoll upp in the beginning, and then progresses downward the more you play. But how about making a sim that let you walk away with a small profit every time. Say bankroll 5000, leave with 500. Walk away every time you have lost more than 500, how many times would that be a succes?

The simulation has, in my opinion, a minor drawback. You consider 10,000 spins in a piece. And this is not the same as 10 sessions of 1000 spins (eg 10 different tables in one day or 10 days of 1000 spins per day). And here comes the profit. The player must not be gready. End each session after e.g. 5 profit chips and change the table or come back in an hour. And so the probability of earning is higher.
@@davidpride3160 What a lot of gamblers fail to understand is that if a game was beatable, the Casinos would not be playing that game. If the Roulette was statistically/mathematically beatable, then obviously there would be no Roulette tables at any Casino. It's a very hard pill to swallow but it's the reality of it.
How about sessions of 50 spins or go for a TP % let's say 15-20-25% That is far more realistic gameplay instead of 100 or 1000s spins nobody is doing that in a real B&M casino.
I would like to see results, if possible, for a ladder type of system, where you increase your bet 2,5 x, the trigger being 5 losses in a row. Alternatively, lose 5 in a row and move two steps to the right in the Fibonacci sequence, secure a hit a that "level", then move one step to the left.

You can add so many elasticity to your approach for 12 numbers covered. Anyone who played Roulette for some time should be aware of the possibility of getting a bad streak long enough to wipe the entire BR. I negative progress at every 5 consecutive losses, not after every loss. Still not a guaranteed winner, but safer.
I had someone ask a very similar question, only starting to change the bet after 6 losses. I ran the sim again - see video in my channel. It makes no difference in the long run, you'll still eventually hit enough losses in a row to wipe out your bank.
Excellent Video David! If only there were more videos to educate the roulette community like this one. If you don't mind, we would like to include your video thumbnail in our next video, its explaining conflicting information on the internet and advising viewers to think carefully about what they believe. It will highlight your video as a positive for the viewer and the other one as a click-bait casino affiliate, not in the viewers interest. We seem to have a similar stance, view and approach to yourself.
