Very interesting, its pretty cool to think how deep her possible inspirations behind her character and story arc can go! Thanks for making this, and hope to see the complete version soon!

I didn't know the apathy was meant for Volume 4! It makes so much sense thought with such a big focus on Ren with his semblance masking emotions and the apathy being well, the apathy.
In Volumes 8 and 9, Ruby finally reached a point where she could no longer move forward. She had goals to achieve in volumes 4, 5, 6 and 7. In 8 and 9 she had an immovable object in front of her and realized she was not an unstoppable force. She could no longer ignore her feelings because there was finally nothing left but her feelings. Nothing to distract.
I could always appreciate what they were trying to do with Volume 4. I could see the vision, the direction they were trying to take the show in. The tone changed, they were trying to figure out how to use the new engine they were animating the show on, there are plenty of reasons the show struggle in V4 and V5 but I could always enjoy it because I could see the passion and vision behind the project.
10 years?! Dude, fanfic writers are on another level. But this is equally inspiring and touching, I hope I can get such motivation to create my own story.
Hello everyone! I hope you enjoy this video and if you take the time, you enjoy my writing! Please feel free to ask any questions you may have for me here in the comments!
It felt like a bit of whiplash seeing something positivity about RWBY, but also feel refreshing to watch it. So thank you for creating, it feels nice to remember what make us love this series, despite it's letdowns. If I have to choose one magical moment is Volume 2, Dance Dance Infiltration. Despite my frustations with her character, the part where Pyrrha finally speak out her feelings regarding being "The Invicible Girl" has made her feel like nobody wanted to get close to her, and yet she feels happy that she actually made friends, real connections that make her feel like an actual person rather than just an figure to look up. Which paints her fate in volume 3 saddening.
I watched Monty Oum's Dead Fantasy series when I was a teen. That's how I discovered him. But I started watching RWBY not realizing it was his project.
I intended for this to be a longer video but the deadline was approaching and I was moving back to Canada after a year long stay in Japan!!! So things were hectic! I really love SMMRofRWBY and appreciate what they are doing for this community!!!! If I get the chance to, I will be making a finished video for this next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
You've got a pleasant speaking voice, and the video was well-produced overall. Scripting-wise, however, I think it could've benefited from some revisions. I felt it kinda jumped from point to point without a real throughline to follow. For future things like this, perhaps try honing in on the main point(s) you want to get across and focus on that. :)
@@NailikNoteworks Yes! The organizational aspect is something I definitely struggle with! I have never been a good essay writer lol. The formatting has always alluded me! Thank you for the constructive critism though! It's a pretty rough draft and I had thought it might need some tailoring so your feedback is good cause it confirms what I already thought lol. Sometimes I get so deep into writing a video that I can't even tell if it's good anymore lol
@@marylizabetha The classic "forest for the trees" dilemma, I've been there in my own way. 😅 It can be good to take some time off from a project so you can take another look at it with refreshed senses. Though time is not always a resource we have sufficient of. :<
