Sachant que c'est un 2S, et donc, déjà plus efficace qu'un télébenne, si on considère en plus que le poids des véhicules en descente est plus important qu'en montée, je présume que cette installation consomme vraiment très peu d'énergie. Petite correction : les cabines ont une capacité de 2 places (et non 4 comme indiqué dans les données techniques) ! Comme écrit dans la description de la vidéo, elles ne sont cependant plus utilisées pour transporter des personnes.
Dans la gare intermédiaire, il y a une poulie motrice à double gorge qui met en mouvement 2 câbles différents : c'est-à-dire la boucle de la première section dans une gorge et une deuxième boucle pour la deuxième section dans l'autre gorge. D'autre part, les pinces des cabines sont traînées par des pneus à l'intérieur de la gare (angle inclus). Pour info j'ai déjà skié a cette station j'y vais tous les été. il y a un autre télésiège du même type que l'on peut apercevoir a la gare amont à gauche, il faudrait lui aussi le conserver.
Très bel appareil assez ancien malgré le fait qu'il en reste très peu en France, il faudrait conserver ces télésièges assez atypique mais j'ai cru comprendre via la description de la vidéo qu'il fut remplacé par un téléski, ce que je trouve assez dommage...
Non, ce télésiège est toujours en service (je l'ai filmé en janvier dernier). Dans la description, j'ai indiqué que ce télésiège a remplacé un ancien téléski aujourd'hui disparu.
Le téléphérique Klein Matterhorn semble démantelé sur la vidéo, alors qu'il y a un photoreportage de cette année qui le montre à nouveau équipé des 3S. Certainement un moment de maintenance 🤔 Edit : je suis bête, il doit y'avoir "l'ancien" pour l'été et le "nouveau" pour l'hiver ^^ C'est dingue de doubler un "axe" comme ça. Je comprends mieux le titre de la vidéo 😅
Ca alors, c'est incroyable ces pylônes façon grand 8 ET virage. 1ère fois que je vois ça. En tous cas le concept de rails pour ne pas que la pince roule sur les galets c'est vraiment bien, ça a l'air tout smooth comme remontée. Et c'est le poids de la cabine qui ferme les pinces ? Très originales ces télécabines !
C'est mythique ces télécabines, enfin en tous cas pour moi, ma génération (1985), j'ai appris à skier à Courchevel avec ces cabines là sur les Verdons et la Vizelle, j'étais heureux de prendre ceux du Praz tandis que Vizelle et Verdons étaient remplacés par les fameuses 8 places modernes à l'époque (je ne suis pas allé vérifié la date mais je devais être ado). Les grosses gares métalliques monstrueuses, ce bruit de vaisselle cassée qui restera à jamais en mémoire de quand les cabines ralentissent... Merci en tous cas pour la vidéo, qui j'espère restera longtemps online, beaucoup beaucoup de souvenirs. Pour l'anecdote, un jour mes parents m'ont perdu à Courchevel (enfin à priori je m'étais enfui de l'appartement), mais je devais être môme genre 4 ou 5 ans, et ils m'ont retrouvé à la gare de départ du Jardin Alpin, avec le machiniste qui m'expliquait tous les mécanismes et le fonctionnement... Je n'en ai aucun souvenir, c'est dire si je devais être jeune ! Du coup je pense que j'ai toujours eu un attrait pour les remontées mécaniques, drôle de passion, mais + de 30 ans plus tard je suis heureux de voir que je ne suis pas seul, qu'il y a des vidéos sur internet, et des sites comme remontees-mecaniques.net ultra passionnants. J'ai même acheté le jeu Winter Resort Simulation, mais trop compliqué pour moi, et y'a que du DoppelMayr, étant un peu chauvin et de la région de Poma 😁 Bref, merci 👍🙏
Oui et depuis 2021, cette télécabine a été remplacée par une nouvelle installation avec cabines 10 places assises tout en conservant la télécabine 4 places parallèle !
Merci d'avoir fait une vidéo sur cette telecabine et maintenant elle a un peu changé mais c'est toujour la même longueur et elle sont toujours noir mais il ya beaucoup de bub dessus ❤😮😅

It's not about capitalism or who finances the operations of the old lifts. Everyone should be allowed to have what they are passionate about, especially if there is nothing wrong with whatever it is. And old lifts NEVER have accidents. The modern lift manufacturers have just overcomplicated mechanical design standards to make money from selling more and more modern lifts after forcing the destruction of the better and more interesting old ones. I will make sure that those corporate tyrants pay for their tyrannical actions. The destruction of old lifts is the destruction of a passion for innocent people and it is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Business, working for a living, and private funding of operations doesn't excuse any of it or make any of it acceptable. People who are passionate about lifts should manage them, NOT BUSINESS TYRANTS! And ropeways should be built in MORE places than JUST MOUNTAIN REGIONS! Then people will recognize them more for the appeal that they have to enthusiasts and that they are so much more than profiteering tools for evil businessmen who threaten people with violence and arrest if anyone stops them from what they are doing even if it's wrong. NOTHING JUSTIFIES THE DESTRUCTION OF INNOCENT THINGS. OLD LIFTS ARE INNOCENT. Monte Tamaro SA and the Federal Transport Office will suffer! Et après ont veut retirer des installations qui ont juste 20 ans comme le DMC des deux alpes que j'aime beaucoup.... Alors que celle ci à 60 ans et n'a pas bougé.
Very interesting video! This Telecabine is 62 years old! The line is a working museum! The German rules regarding how many years a cable can operate are I think much more relaxed than those in Switzerland. In Switzerland, I think the rule is that cable car installations must be replaced after 40 years.
The german constitution law is the reason why older ropeways in Germany could still exist. The inventory protection praragraph overrule European Community´s regulations. Switzerland had incomprehensibly slavish accepted the EU regulations1:1 without any need.

But that's what happens when we rely on capitalism and republic governments. Companies including Doppelmayr Leitner and Poma become big, global corporate tyrants and take over or bankrupt every smaller manufacturer so they can monopolize, sell as much of their evil mass-produced modern crap as possible, and then become friends with the EU or some other powerful governmental agency(I believe the EU is nothing more than a means of enabling corporate companies to enforce their will on the world with no democratic election and make lots of money from it all) so they can over-legislate things like the old ropeways, force them to be destroyed in favour of the over-legislation which in the end, does nothing more but benefit the global corporate tyrants in Doppelmayr, Leitner, Poma, and most recently Bartholet. They recently destroyed Loipolder Seilbahntechnik and now Gimar-Montaz-Mautino is the only local small manufacturer left in Europe. So yes really all the standardization is nothing more than a power and control grab for the manufacturers because, if the old ropeways WEREN'T safe, they would NOT HAVE LASTED FOR ANYWHERE NEAR AS LONG AS EVEN REMOTELY 30 YEARS. I've seen ALL european and some American detachable ropeway systems and I've seen that the unsafe ones only reached a mere 10 or 20 years before being replaced. Systems like Giovanola or Von Roll VR101? They've lasted as long as even 70 years BECAUSE THEY ARE SAFE even if the grips don't fit into cable catchers. WHEN DOES A CABLE DERAILMENT EVER HAPPEN?!?!?!?! The simple answer also to prevent that is also NOT to run the DAMN LIFTS IN WINDY WEATHER. ALL THIS DAMN TYRANNICAL EVIL STANDARDIZATION IS UNNECESSARY AND IS NOTHING BUT A CORPORATE FORCE OF WILL TO FURTHER THIEVE OUR WALLETS OF OUR MONEY.
