@@cortneytucker5761 Exactly, but have you ever watched them in the finals? They are too inconsistent and they dont play smart ball they play as jt goes
When you say that to a child all they hear is nothing is possible. Doesn't matter if it's the truth. Being supportive and guiding that mindset is better than just shutting it down by saying you have to be realistic.
I mean his teacher wasn’t “wrong” in the sense probably most kids have this dream. Only 1 in like 100,000,000 actually make it. To ask him for a more realistic goal isn’t bad teaching
Don't say it to a child though. Let them dream and guide that by having them work hard. This mindset is why many fail because they don't work hard enough. And those that don't make it do have good careers playing overseas in other leagues. Being realistic is for adults. Having dreams and chasing them is for the young ones. Let them dream, but with guidance.
@@bigmoviegamer1037 yup for every Jason Tatum there’s 1 million or so others where it doesn’t work. I went to juco on a basketball scholarship as a foreigner. My roommate and I were in college doing engineering and every single African American were in bullshit classes “trying to make the league.” If you don’t see an issue in that idealism then mate I don’t know what to say
Man I absolutely love Kobe, but you're cappin on the IQ part. MJ wins all these except the long ball, and that's only because Jordan never really was a perimeter player, but could shoot the 3 when he tried to really well.
