As far a child rape cases The government needs to prove beyond reasonable doubt. They need a confession to convict and or a solid witness. I see and have been involved in many cases and nothing goes down Like you think. They intimidate the crap out of the kids if they can't get a confession out of the accused. They refuse to pick up many cases even when there is overwhelming evidence. It's sad. When lawyers are involved they make the accused settle if the case is strong against them. Why wouldn't you? It was confirmed by someone who used to be around the Jackson family that Catherine did call MJ the F word all the time. The former Jackson friends name is Stacy Brown I believe.
