I believe we are all part of the same conscious energy which makes up god. I feel we all exist elsewhere when we no longer live within a human body. That’s where our guardians are.
Hi Rachel ❤️ How can we stay on the path our Higher Self wants us to, i.e you know how anxiety can throw us off a desired timeline, how do we in a practical sense keep anxiety at bay but also stayed on our desired timeline. Hoping this makes sense..
Hi Davina, that does make sense and it is a great question. Anxiety is certainly a challenge! As we go through life we all have different triggers which can hold us back from staying on or starting out on the path your higher knowing wants. I use positive affirmations to keep me in the right frame of mind to counteract those anxiety thoughts. It is my intention to talk about anxiety and the different spiritual tools I have used on my spiritual journey, so please subscribe so you will see when I publish it. Ana Francisco Meditation will help raise your vibration which makes it easier to feel / hear your inner voice Ana. Also meditation helps to clear your mind so you can feel things with more clarity. Often we can meet our spirit guides in meditation. I hope this helps. Love and Light Rachel 🦋
