I think you have a reading comprehension problem... The title of the video is not "Band-Maid VS The Warning"... it says "Band-Maid WHIT The Warning"... So thinking and saying that "B-M is better than TW" is creating a false debate, sorry.
I watched your channel for the first time when I was in my freshman year in college (2017). Then, like 1 time a year, while I was doing some procrastination, i would suddenly remember your channel and then I would watch my favorites reactions Again. Today it happened again for the first time in 4 years. I was listening to the new Maximum the hormone MV and I wanted to check out if you did a reaction. i checked your channel and I wanted to say: -You should React to a 'new" band, Atarashii Gakkou no Leaders. They are becoming very popular lately. (I would recommend songs like Otona Blue, they did a First Take sesion with that song. Also Maningen, suki lie, janaidayo, Que sera sera, Fly High, etc). -If you like them, The new Maximum the Hormone is re-recorded version of Shimi featuring Atarashii Gakko. So, Now I will continue watching some of your old and new videos, then I would see you again in another year. Bye bye
This completely went over your head.... there was no bass off... or drum off... it was a simple collab between two bands who respect each other. By the way, Pau, The Warning's drummer, was the 2023 Drumeo Drummer of the Year... nominated against the best drummers in the world. I enjoyed the song; the reaction, not so much... against other reactors, you're going to lose every time. Sound familiar?
Music is not a competition. Both bands know what it means to "serve the song" and since both bands have become good friends, The Warning is not going to to invade and play over Band Maids song. That's just rude.

If you challenge BAND-MAID even if you win, you lose. Suppose Aldious, or LOVEBITES challenged them. The only way they could win is to over play, which is the go to move for both ovf those bands. but BAND-MAID aren't a Noodle Meister Show Off Band. They can shred, but they will keep it tasteful. That's why they have the songs. The Warning's not bad. But I feel like if they both went full out it would be a train wreck. So yes, not winning against BAND-MAID. Check out The Warning at MTV Music Video Awards. These two bands met at a festival they were playing and hit it off. They said "Let's do something together", and actually meant it. So when The Warning got to Japan they made this. There's even a video about it.
Band-Maid is my favorite band. The Warning is also one of my top favorite bands. This was nothing but love and sharring music with each other. Even though I personally think the ladies in Band-Maid are the most talented musicians on the planet, its also obvoius that the 3 amazing sisters from The Warning are top teir musicians and very professional. They brought some serious talents to the table and you can tell that Miku and the rest of Band-Maid were very impressed with the professionalism of The Warning. The simple fact that Pau went toe to toe with Miku in arrangement negotiations is a testemanent to how seasoned the sisters are. Awesome collaboration and kick ass reaction.

The Warning is brilliant, especially when it comes to songwriting and live performances. But their songs tend to be fat-free; they’ve always been great at figuring out just what a song needs and what it doesn’t, which is one of the qualities I admire most in music.
The Warning are on average about 10 years younger than Band Maid, but have also been a band for about 10 years. They are the first Latin American rock band ever signed to a major US label (LAVA/Republic). Their style is a bit different than BM, in that they blend classic hard rock, heavy metal, punk and alternative into their own unique sound with songs that feature catchy hooks and riffs, vocal harmonies (all 3 sing), and often deep lyrics. They are a great live band; recommend any of the pro-recorded videos from the Pepsi Center CDMX on their channel. 👍😎
This is not the best of either band, it’s the best that could be expected from 2 bands, neither of whom have English as their native language yet have to use it as their basis of communication. And do it in just a couple weeks time spent together!
Great reaction and this is a collaboration that tried to blend the two bands together into something that neither one is. Kanami said in an interview for this song, that she composed the song to not be just a Band-Maid or just a Warning song, but something different for both of them, and she succeeded.

It was not a really a challenge or face off. Don't underestimate the talent of The Warning, these sisters went viral when they were nine, 12 and 14 years old with a cover of Enter Sandman. They've got four albums and a couple of EPs and were recently on Jimmy Kimmel live and you need to see their performance last year at the MTV VMAs of the song Evolve where they were non-nominated performers, this year they did get nominated for their MTV Push performance (I know, MTV - big deal right?). Also, the bassist Alehjendra (Ale') I believe was the younger did get a signature bass guitar (Squire, I think) and drummer Paulina (Pau) won the Drumeo drummer of the year. Daniela (Dany) the main lead singer (Pau also sings lead on some songs (while drumming)) was gifted a signature guitar by Lzzy Hale during one of the shows where The Warning toured with Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless,

Band-Maid and The Warning are actually good friends, they met at Aftershock festival a couple of years ago and they're fans of each other's music. For this collab, Band-Maid did most of the composition. My suggestions for The Warning: Anything live from their Pepsi Center concert: "Disciple", "Z", "Choke". The Warning are sisters from Monterrey Mexico and their ages (Dany, guitar and lead and backing vocals) 24, (Pau, drums, lead and backing vocals) 22, and (Ale, bass and backing vocals)19. There are a lot of TW fans who are also fans of B-M and vice versa. They performed this live in Tokyo except for the showcase section - or "face-off" as you refer to it - both were playing together on the stage, matching one another without missing a beat. Kanami wrote the basic song with The Warning in mind. Then, she shared it with everyone else in B-M, After that, TW received the song and made suggestions and changes. The result is probably the best mix of their styles that was possible. B-M tends more toward playing Metal. TW is Hard Rock. There is a good deal of overlap of styles, though. Although Dany can shred, she favors meoldic solos when she plays a solo, in the style of David Gilmour of Pink Floyd, who is one of her guitar heroes. Having said that, both Dany and Kanami are PRS featured artists. There is an interview they did together for PRS while TW was touring in Japan. There is also a behind the scenes video available on TW's YT channel. In it B-M and TW are working together on the composition in the studio and preparing for a combined live performance. There are also some parts with them hanging out together in Tokyo and at restaurants. The real story here is that both bands have been following each other on social media for several years. They met for the first time at Aftershock Festival in the US in 2022. At that time they took pictures together and a agreed that they needed to collaborate. Kanami and Dany said during their PRS interview that B-M is invited to come to Mexico and collab again on a song, perhaps in Spanish. No time frame on when that might happen as this collab took 2 years to happen. But a lot of TW fans think it could happen as soon as next year. Unless it is worked into both bands schedules already, I doubt it could happen before 2026, as TW's schedule for 2025 touring is already pretty-much set. TW is with Lava/Republic Records and like Band-Maid they have been performing together for over 10 years. TW was independent for their first EP and first to albums. Pau (drums) had won a couple of drummer or the year awards from magazines. She is also a sponsored Sabian cymabls artist. Ale has been a Spectre Bass artist for some time, since she was 15, I think. She has a model of bass named for her, Ale's Inferno.

Band-Maid are fans of The Warning. When they first met in person in 2022, they met kindred spirits, fans of each other who became friends. The Warning went viral in 2014 when they did a cover of Metallica’s Enter Sandman in their basement for their grandparents. They were 9 (Ale the bassist), 12 (Pau the drummer) and 14 years old (Dany lead singer) at that time. As tiny little kids they honed their skills doing covers of Muse, Foo Fighters and Guns and Roses. When they got older they opened for Muse, Foo Fighters and Guns and Roses. Invited by Metallica to rework Enter Sandman for the Blacklist Album. The Warning started playing in small venues like The Whisky A Go Go. They recently played in front of 8,000 fans at the Pepsi Center in Mexico and in front of 50,000 fans in a rock festival in Poland. Fans in the UK, Spain, Germany, Canada, South America sing The Warning songs with the band, in English and Spanish. All three are classically trained, play piano and can take turns singing lead. And that was Dany with the opening battle cry. Misa’s bass outro was a tribute to Ale’s bass outro from a TW song.

The Warning's Vocalist and Bassist are really good. But their drummer was named "Rock Drummer of the Year" by Drumeo. She is also their principal songwriter and sometime lead vocalist. Check out The Warning sisters. Anything live from Pepsi Center CDMX.

There is a vlog of them together in Mexico on The Warning channel. Band-Maid led in the writing. It doesn't sound anything like The Warning's material.
@@MacRyanMac Correction: TW went to Tokyo. But TW’s Dany invited B-M to Mexico for another collab. And challenged Kanami and the ladies to learn a song in Spanish. This is on a joint interview with Kanami and Dany on the PRS channel as they both play PRS guitars.
Correction, there was no competing, no battles. They're all just playing theur parts to the song. These two bands love and respect each other. I was at the concert in Tokyo that they did together where they debuted this song. The affection they displayed for each other had me in tears. Now, you need to check out the Warning si you do nit embarrass yourself again. Start with their performance of Evolve on the 2023 MTV VMAs. Trust me. They play differently than Band Maid, but every bit as entertaining. I've seen Band Maid three times and I'm seeing the Warming five times in four countries over the next few months.
