No fishing allowed and no entry allowed. They have had to rescue so many getting stuck or injured down there, they stopped access. No where to park near it either. They posted no parking signs. In the past , people would go for fish or swimming. Not any more.
Nice footage. But those first two surfers need to learn that kicking out properly is a basic part of controlling your board (ie being a good surfer). And another maneuver that can be done with style.
Really nice one. Great perspective contrast with close up and high panning shots. Loved this, felt like the camera was always looking around where I wanted to see. 👍👌
Hey Darcy, I camped at Lake Casitas last summer while I was taking a motorcycle trip up the West coast. I'm looking for some B-Roll for a documentary of the trip and I was wondering if I could use some of yours. This is just a passion project of mine so unfortunately I don't have funds, which is why I am asking for help from the RU-vid community. I will however make sure to credit you however you would like if you should be willing to let me use some of this footage. Thanks! Pete
Hey, Darcy! Great video and very helpful to me, as I am planning on making the same trip, probably sometime in the Fall. Two questions: First, it seemed that the signage was pretty poor; did you have a map or something to help you decide which fork(s) in the road to take? Second (and more important) question: I am brand new to this, and the path from N.P. to Sycamore Cove seemed like you could practically coast the whole way. But how brutal was the ride back? I think that path is about 8 miles, so 8 miles of constant uphill might be biting off more than I can chew so early on in my riding. I'd be interested to read your thoughts. Thanks!
Interested in purchasing an RV Port Home in Superstition Views which appears at approx 5:00 into the video. Can actually see the site and the neighbor buildings in order to visualize how our RV and house would look. Thanks for doing this drone view.
I love Lake Henshaw me and the family go there every year for easter weekend. Even though we're not suppose to be over there, I always sneak over to the other side of the damn (great for hill sprints).
