Hey Geoff, can you do a video on how you make the veneer conform to the chamfers around gauges for example? Is there any special preparation or tricks or does it just conform to that shape under the vacuum pressure? Do you use a veneer softener to help the veneer bend over the chamfers? Thanks

Methods of applying and finishing will be interesting to see. For this video, the sound is not good, particularly at the beginning. You mightwant to try a proper microphone, or different room or perhaps filming from closer. I've given your video a 'Like'. When's the next one?
Great work 👍 love the workshop. Hope you still got the shed where it all began.. extremely proud of you and your family. My piece still looks amazing even after 4 years loved meeting you guy’s.
where would you suggest i purchase a birdseye maple veener for the dash on my right hand drive '53 MGTD? thanks :) needs to makes its way to california.
Hi Stephen, thanks for the comment. We are going to be bringing out some new and improved videos very soon as we now have the time and equipment to use for our youtube account. Thanks :)
I'm restoring a Rover P5B Coupé at the moment and what's bugging me is that the door cappings aren't the same. I'd be interested to have everything restored and look similar in the original straight grain walnut. How long would it take to do 4 door cappings, 2 corner pieces and a glove box lid?
I've got some Mercedes-Benz burlwood dash and central needing treatment.. CV19 hit my progress for the car's interior. For the eventual restoration, shall I drive the car to you rather than post the bits to you, I don't want to risk further damaging the aluminium backed resin ply?
