May Allah guide her and make her understand that Islam is the natural conclusion to Christianity and Judaism and a correction of their mistakes and an affirmation of any truth they hold. As a white Muslim myself I know that a large number of my people have a silly understanding that Islam is for brown people 😅 and Christianity is for whites🫣🤭 Unfortunately it’s a strong rooted phenomenon embedded into the psyche of my people. I never felt this way at all because I knew that Islam is the final upgrade to God Almighty’s revelation and religion. Her recitation is quite beautiful ☺️ and I know that she can do better because I witnessed it improve as she warmed up. The only question now is when will she accept Islam? QURAN HAS GOT MANY ASPECTS IN RECITATION: FIRST AND FOREMOST AS A .... REMINDER FOR THE PIETY AND RIGHTEOUSNESS. THE CONTEXT VARIOUS ENORMOUS LY, SO THE ART OF RECITATION IS VERY COMPLEX ACCORDINGLY. CLARITY IN PRONUNCIATION AND MELODY IF NEED BE. AS IT'S A MESSAGE TO TRANSMIT, IT'S A RESPONSIBILITY TO FULFILL TO THE BEST. THE HOLY WORDS HAVE A MEANING AND PONDÉRATION. THE TON IS CHOSEN ACCORDINGLY. THERE IS SOME INVOCATION THE LISTENER AND RECITER HAVE TO SAY IN BETWEEN OR DURING THE RECITATION. SO THE POSE IS MEANING FUL, AS THE LISTENER IS ASKED TO REFLECT ON THE VERSE HE JUST HEAR OR IMAGINE THE CONSEQUENCE OF SUCH OR SUCH BEHAVIOUR OR ACT... THE DIVERSITY OF RECITATION AND RECITERS GIVES A CHOICE AND IS VIEWED AS AN ENRICHMENT, VOICES AND SKILLS VARY WITH THE AGE , REGION AND NATIONALITIES. I WOULD ADVISE THE YOUNGEST RECITERS WITH POWERFUL VOICES AND OPTIMISTIC THINKERS , WHILE UNDERSTANDING CONTEXT. JUST LOOK TO THE EMERGING VOICES DURING TARA WEEKS/RAMADAN PRAYERS. THERE IS PLENTY OF "ARTISTIC" INNOVATIONS, WHICH WILL INSPIRE THE LISTENER AND PUSH HIM TO SEARCH THE DEEP MEANING OF HOLY QURAN. THANKS.
Subḥānallāh - سُـبْـحَـانَ ٱلله beautiful. The Qur’ān is truly a miracle. It brings comfort to the heart even to people who do not understand the Arabic language. May Allāh ﷻ inspire more Muslims to take learning the Holy Qur’ān seriously especially the Tajweed and also the grammar (Nahw and Sarf). Even just learn about the particles will open the door and take us to the beautiful world of the Qur’ān, and understand why it can moves hearts and help us to really connect with Allāh ﷻ in our 5 daily prayers Inshāʾ Allāh - إن شاء الله

I've been attempting to transcribe some of the versions of Dua e-Qunoot found on You Tube into MuseScore, and though the changes in meter are rather difficult, the melodies are astonishingly beautiful. The rhythms and poetry are Unsurpassed by anything I've heard in Jazz, and in all my years I've never read or heard anyone, either critic or musician speak of the Quran and its influence on Jazz music. Probably one of the best kept secrets among black musicians, but inescapable once you have learned a few verses like Al-Kursi, or the last two of Baqarah.
@@quranica 'When God wished to display His religion openly and to glorify His prophet and to fulfil His promise to him, the time came when he met a number of the Helpers at one of the fairs; and while he was offering himself to the Arab tribes as was his wont he met at al-'Aqaba a number of the Khazraj whom God intended to benefit. 'Asim b. 'Umar b. Qatada told me on the authority of some of the shaykhs of his tribe that they said that when the apostle met them he learned by inquiry that they were of the Khazraj and allies of the Jews. He invited them to sit with him and expounded to them Islam and recited the Quran to them. Now God had prepared the way for Islam in that they lived side by side with the Jews who were people of the scriptures and knowledge, while they themselves were polytheists and idolaters. They had raided them in their district and whenever bad feeling arose the Jews used to say to them, ‘A prophet will be sent soon. His day is at hand. We shall follow him and kill you by his aid as 'Ad and Iram perished.’ So when they heard the apostle's message they said one to another: ‘This is the very prophet of whom the Jews warned us. Don't let them get to him before us!’ Thereupon they accepted his teaching and became Muslims, saying, ‘We have left our people, for no tribe is so divided by hatred and rancour as they. Perhaps God will unite them through you. So let us go to them and invite them to this religion of yours; and if God unites them in it, then no man will be mightier than you’. Thus saying they returned to Medina as believers. ... When they came to Medina they told their people about the apostle and invited them to accept Islam until it became so well known among them that there was no home belonging to the Helpers but Islam and the apostle had been mentioned therein.
